Most large amounts of money are going to go into property or luxury items imo. Either that or it'll be used for stock buybacks or similar (if it's the US).

Domestic property is one of the largest sectors for money to flow into so I think that's big enough to absorb most of the profits everyone makes from crypto without causing much of a dent.

UK properties make up about £130.5 trillion for example just on its own (and that's assuming only 30 million houses).

It's up to every business owner. Most of the time, it's just reinvested in order to provide you better services: server upgrades, security improvements, new features, better UI etc. It usually pays off and is what I'd do. Other businesses may apply different strategies, but that shouldn't be something we have to necessarily know imo.

Yes, it may be a bit scary when an exchange holds a significant % of the Bitcoins - but that's how wealth works. Once you purchase something, the seller earns a profit most likely. Do you really care what happens to it later on?

Investing in London in the past has been a good idea and I don't know how out taxes compare to China so it might be a wise decision for some and might still have a place to move up, but the rest of the country is now moving much faster than London price wise..

so london is well known place been used just the destination for world money.

It all depends on the business owner. Most likely they will invest in stocks, or buy luxury, or also develop their exchange site. One of the crypto exchange site owners in my country is using the money to build a new exchange website on a global scale. so it's up to them where the money is going.

i don't know why you think cryptocurrency market is a big one compared to the global businesses. it is big but in comparison it is too tiny. for example Amazon brought in $280 billion in first quarter of 2019 alone while Binance which is the biggest altcoin exchange only made $550 million in an entire year of 2019 and that's what they claimed which may be a lie for advertisement. and that's the biggest one, the rest are so much smaller specially all these small businesses that aren't exchange services.

the only people who can really answer your question about what they do with their money is the ones who are earning that money. we can only make random useless guesses

I do think if a person is involved in cryptocurrencies and other business then the person does have all the ideas and experience to invest that money in the cryptocurrencies itself.

Other than that some of the favourite places for the people to invest money is :
1. Gold
2. Real estate

But since in 2020 due to COVID-19 there haven't been much output people are right now investing in:
1. Stock markets
( The market is going to bounce back pretty hard in a year or so therefore very easily people can make a lot of profits if done correctly )
2. Some are just keeping money in banks and bonds

But honestly I don't think the exchange business comes with a lot of money since there is actually a lot of competition out there in the market and therefore the prices and exchange rates are supposed to be minimal and efficient.

Only huge companies are making such profits that you talk about.

IMO it is very few people that make money from cryptocurrency and that's mostly from trading because apart from the last known bull run in 2017, the market has not known any major bull. For money that are made, I think property investment is where people are going.

Well we know about Binance for example, they have spent 400 million dollars to buy another business. Usually when you are super rich and make that much money, your money goes to making more money, that is how you grow your business and that is how you grow your income as well. If you want examples just look at all the other tech giants, from google to facebook to any other they have all grown because they bought other smaller business' and they have used their technology and workers to make their own companies bigger.

Even game companies that are big, buys other smaller game companies they think that could help. So that is what exchanges do, use that money to grow their business, they buy other smaller companies or they just buy stuff directly out like real estate but for bigger offices and so forth and not for investment.

Companies invest in other companies or Businesses, and that’s how it works, they can be investing in anything, as long as they believe that it’s going to be profitable to them and earn them more money. And also they can invest it back in their businesses if they believe it’s going to be profitable to them and their customers.

I think the cash flow is just cycle. From crypto to properties, gold and luxuries ,it's just cycle in my opinion because those who earn bigger from crypto will surely invest their other profit in properties or buy gold and other luxuries. I don't think you would share your shopping list with us if you had that much money. Most businessmen, in my opinion, support and develop their business, invest in promising projects. Of course, everyone has their own weaknesses, for someone it's expensive cars, watches, jewelry, etc. But this shouldn't worry us, they are free to dispose of their money as they see fit.

There's really no specific answer for this one. If we are only talking about the crypto business itself we can definitely expect the cash being invested in the expansion of the business just like what Binance is doing buying companies and websites as well as trying to monopolize the industry. But if we are trying to talk about the business owners of the company I don't think we know ehat they are actually doing with their money not unless they allow the public to know it, their lives are still private so we can't expect to know what they are exactly doing with their money.

And the thing is, it's none of our business to know about those personal stuffs. Whatever they do with their money is their business. So one can only speculate what they do with their money. Just let do what they want because they earned it anyway.

You know what, that's very hard to give concrete answers because these millionaires/billionaires are too silent on how they're spending their money. Besides, that is not our business anymore .

But aside from the luxurious things, most probably the majority of their money are used to expand their business or to improve their services so that more customers will stay with them. Thus, more profits in return.

There's a specific answer to your question OP because each every one of those big investors has a different perspective way upon spending their money even those who start a business in crypto. But I have doubt that they will keep reinvesting or investing any new projects found that has the potential to gain profit. They are always thinking to gain profit since they are business-minded.

Business owners should have a plan in every cash flow, it is very essential for the movement of money in and out of your business. Not only for luxury stuff they want because the poor having cash flaws will result in a business failure. It's the same goes investing cryptos, you should always have game plan.
