I am looking for developer who can work on GSN API V2 and create app using it
Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I've asked him on his other thread which he's also looking for another developer for a different kind.

I haven't seen a reply from him and maybe he has found someone to work for these jobs already. Maybe he'll reply, he's online today.
