Maybe he does have mental health issues or maybe he is just another attention-seeking troll but either way the solution has to be to ignore him.

No doubts, I am pretty sure he is mentally sick. Otherwise how a person could make a false claim again and again since he knows that he is lying.
It seems to me Bitcoin SV just promoting shitcoin by creating multiple posts against forum users. Creating a self-moderating thread means he will delete other's posts after bump threads. Bitcoin SV's behavior is really aggressive rather than convince the community why shouldn't call them scammer.
