In my opinion, Gambling is all about investing money in an addiction.
Investing in stocks or trading is by far the best skill game I can recall which requires patience, market knowledge and skills.

Other than that, it’s all about luck.
Good luck promoting gambling as skill.

I think that the only game where skill is a great determining factor of the outcome is the Poker games.There you have to be patient and if correct decisions are made by the player can result for the player some winnings to take home.It is the first time I see slots with skills so I don’t know what to say about them.

Skills games are really fun and its more challenging, well base on my experience playing online games like Dota but I haven't tried playing slots game that is based on your skills.

Most of the gambler prefer to play the traditional slots game, maybe some will try that skill games but they will still ended up playing the traditional slot games. I don't know but I don't trust myself that much on this kind of game maybe if I try many times and win some money, why not.

Mine was mostly local betting games.
I think I have played few skill-based and random-based betting games as a kid. The  games include  "throwing round object on wine" kind of game, Lottery, etc. I think I'd prefer the skill-based games, but will aswell go for the opposite if I don't have the skills for the skill-based games.

The skills games that I know are poker and other card games, sports betting. But I am curious about slots with skill because playing slots games don't require skills, and we could just click the rolls button, and the result will come out. Those images show us people play slots games, but I don't know if they use their skills to win. When it comes to skills games, I think I don't have any chance to win because I don't know much about playing the skills gambling games, and I feel I am difficult to win.

Skills game is loved by me, but major games in gambling are luck based just like slot, roulette etc. Here it’s more of luck that helps you winning the game. But some cards game does require the skills in order to win against the opponent and it is fun to play such types of games.

I don't mind playing some poker games or some Blackjack from time to time, to be honest it is not that I prefer one of them I prefer what I feel playing. When I am visiting an online site, I usually wanted to play blackjack or poker if I have a lot of time, if I don't usually I play roulette or most of the time dice. I just voted for skill games. That is generally much better compared to traditional slots, although I admit that my type of gambling games changes according to my mood. Sometimes I just want to play without much thinking.

Does slot games require skills? I don't think so, you only need a huge bankroll in order to get lukcy, and get a lucky combination. What truly requires skills, is poker and blackjack even sports betting needs knowledge and research, in order to have a winning chance.

I agree I don't know how are you going to develop skill in a slot game, it's a random game just like a dice game you will be disappointed trying to win in these two games trying to develop skills that will not work in the long run it's better, that you consider this a luck game have some fun and accept the outcome.

Thanks for opening up this thread. I know a lot of people don't prefer to play slot games because the winning of slot games usually depends on the luck. I personally am one of such people and I already had a Similar thread in bitcointalk.

I would love to bet on skill based games like 8-ball pool, clash Royale, PUBG, Carrom etc. I usually play such kind of games a lot but since no betting option available for such games, it's just for killing some time. It will be great if we can also bet on our own abilities!

I knew it now of what was this skill based slot as I was expecting the way it is since it's only a bonus game. For example the bonus was initiated and there's an option of what game you want to play on either it's shooting or racing you have to play on it to win, am I right?

Some may get confused by the word slot but I think this one is totally cool because if luck isn't with you on the traditional slot machine there's a chance you'll win more if you've got a bonus game that depends on skill. I think this will be lit to an online slot as well, I wonder if there's a thing like that already online as I haven't really stumbled upon that skill based slot.

These kinds of games should be fun but this is inside the casino so it means you need to pay to play. In that case, you won't gonna acquire some advanced skills unless you already run out of money to play. isn't it? therefor it's not really worth our time to play since the skills we got will likely not enough to beat the game or after we finally know some tricks, they will change the mechanics and install another games.

If this is the game, I will need skills to win since playing an 8-ball pool is not easy because I have already tried on my mobile phones and laptop. I need to predict where the balls will go by making many analyze if I shoot on the target ball. Still, I don't think that such games will easy to master because playing an 8-ball pool will different. PUBG is another game that I don't understand how to play, but I don't search for more details.

just what i thought  . the game on the pic is really a slot machine but it was on a different machine and not the usual one that i have seen before but at first i also think that its a pinball .

speaking of unusual slot , they are really exist and called skill based slot as how you named it  . thats so new to my ears and never knew that there are slot that pays based on our skill because i always thought that all slots are the same and all of them rely on luck .

Well, if the chance of winning will be based on your skill and not by your luck, then it isn't gambling anymore, it could be a sport since you have always a chance to win if you know that you have a great skill in a particular aspect. Though I see the picture posted by the OP that includes a slot-like machine, this could be the reason why it is still classified as gambling. I haven't really played or tried this kind of machine but if there will be, I think I could earn much in it. It might be just like playing a video game while earning money.

I am glad that I came across your reply. The confusion may be brought about by the fact that this is a new and unfamiliar concept to everyone. I also read some replies, asking how a skill based game be incorporated in a slot machine. Now here is the answer. I think that many would be entice with this new trend in gambling and I’ll be one of them.
