The company that will launch ICO is an old and consolidated company, as are its partners. We have been carrying out this type of work for some time, but we decided to explore the ICO market, as it is much more advantageous than the banking market. TERMS AND OFFER

1- The Project is a real estate project, implemented and developed in the state of São Paulo (Brazil), comprising 141 low-income housing units;

5.3. Repurchase: we guarantee the repurchase of tokens, within an established minimum period. This process is simple and follows a basic rule, ensuring investor transparency and security;

5.4. How calculations are performed:

5.4.1. The investor will use any currency to purchase the tokens, which will be immediately converted into Brazilian currency (BRL / R$);

5.4.2. Investors, at the end of the pre-established period, may request the repurchase of their tokens, which will be equal to the value on the conversion date of their investment, plus a 20% bonus.

5.4.3. This amount will be converted into the chosen currency and sent the investor's origin coordinates.

13- The pre-release estimated for 60 days will bring a 10% discount on the purchase price, with a minimum quantity of 50 tokens, that is, a value of R$ 25,000.00 (US$ 5,000.00);

14- The company will monetize the tokens at 20% of the acquisition value, to be paid at the end of 03 years to investors who choose to redeem them;

15- Tokens can be purchased in any currency, and will be converted to Brazilian currency (BRL / R$) immediately upon purchase, considering that the project is developed and marketed in Brazil;

16- At the end of the 3 year, investors will be able to redeem their investments plus a 20% bonus on the amount invested.

17- The percentage referring to the bonus will be applied and added to the investment value in (BRL / R$) and converted to the daily exchange rate for remittance to the investor;

18- If the amount necessary to carry out the project is not reached within the pre-established period, The company may choose to start the work and extend the sale period of the tokens, or return the investments to investors without prejudice to the parties;

19- It is important to note that the project is already in progress (Phase 0), fully funded with the builder and developer's own resources;

20- It is also important to note that 17 units have already been sold, which means approximately 12.00% of the entire enterprise;

21- Risk Factors: Field activities or at the construction site may suffer some delays caused by force majeure reasons or circumstances, that is, occurrences that cannot be foreseen by the company, such as natural disasters, wars, armed conflicts, industrial disturbances , epidemics, fortuitous events or interruptions in transport services, electricity, water, government actions and others not observed at this time.
