I cannot receive 400 UNI

I am in the same boat. They should be clearer with criteria. I have used uniswap to join pool few times before September and when I click on claim it shows address is not eligible. I lost lot of money on gas while trading and joining pool which never recovered so I was hoping this would help but no.

I am not sure what the criteria is but there are people who are holding thousands of uni tokens so price is definitely not going to stay where it is for too long. sorry for your loss.

$1200 is such a huge amount for me too honestly. That's feeling bad and regret if that's the reason why you didn't get it.

Probably the biggest airdrop of the year from the DEX exchange. The people who benefit from the airdrop are undoubtedly those who have traded for a long time, facing expensive transaction costs. Of course, they are so highly profitable that they are willing to trade on such a platform. Those who join the liquidity group benefit the most.
The rewards are great and well worth the money they paid for.
We may not get the reward but don't give up, there will be good bonus campaigns and we will get them.

To be honest, claiming those tokens alone this past hours has not been easy, an attempt of 10 transaction were failed and the sad part is, you get debited on your Ether for every failed transaction. There is high network congestion as everyone tried to claim their uni.
Don't be susprised that this will end as Win airdrop to TRX holder last year. The value is now $2 and some cent the last time I check.

I usually don't worry about things like that because you can't bring it back. What I do is to move on as quick as possible. There are still many opportunity that we can get favoured. We expect better days.

UNI tokens are already tradeable mostly in big exchanges like Binance, Coinbase, Okex, etc. And users who are eligible to claim are those who have made transactions on Uniswap before September 1, 2020. As a reward they are entitled to receive 400 UNI free of charge today. You can only claim just once. Congratulations to all who got their FREE UNI tokens!

I feel the same as OP now . Feels bad to have missed out on such a huge amount . I almost did a trade and somehow I thought centralised exchanges are better as the fees is too high.

That means you are not getting your luck. Im also thinking the same thing as you too. Just think about you are not lucky enough, forget it and move on. thousands of people were not also received this airdrop.
So many people were also trying to check their uniswap addresses so many times with the hope that they will see a miracle in their wallets.

Condolences, there are a lot of people who don't receive 400UNI here. Most of us do not choose to trade on Uniswap because of high transaction costs and the listed projects are high risk.
I have seen pumps and dump games at uni swap, although they have a good way to combat this by adding a liquidity pool.
The recipients of the UNI are in luck but compared to the risk of loss on the uni swap seem impervious. Examples are sushiswap, kimchi, hotdog ...

Did the exchange airdrop the token to loyal traders or what? That would be a nice way to decentralized the token assuming it was done right. Just wish they'd reduce the distraction cause by prices so that people can actually focus on governance

How is the 400 UNI quantity determined? Does it matter how many times you used Uniswap before Sep 1? Or how much gas fee you spend on Uniswap before Sep 1?

actually there are conditions put forward by Uniswap to get their airdrop tokens, but they don't tell it, making this a kind of surprise for traders who have traded there before September 1, so they give it specifically to members who have transacted on their platform
at least it requires a condition but the prize given is very large worth 1k $ / person.

I only used Uniswap once glad that I’m part of lucky 12,000 addresses. Before no one cares about Uniswap until Defi explode, now Uniswap is a big deal in the market they finally make it and way to be recognised. Honestly my first impression that they won’t last but now they had surprised the crypto space.

Well, you can add this disadvantage to the many central exchanges !! We worked there for a long time but they didn't give us anything !! As for this decentralized platform, it gave everyone who used it before the date of 1 September  400 Uni equivalent to  1200$ !!! Wow that's a really cool sum !!
