definitely a scam, just watched a very reputable user get banned from their discord because he called them out on doing an improper swap.  Apparently the dev there deosn't know what he is doing, broke the chain for the second time and tried to give everyone a really small 1000:1 ration coin swap when the max supply didn't decrease that much on the new launch....  i would avoid this project for sure.
