I am live in EST time.  I believe there is 4 hours offset between UTC time and EST time. When checking the internet I see EST is 4 hours ahead. So the auction will end 4 hours ahead of UTC in my time EST time zone, of course there is snipe time to add. I am not sure if it is global UTC time or your local UTC time. If you are considering local UTC time based on the country you are residing, then my EST offset may vary I guess.

All I would like to know if I am correct in regards to 4 hours offset so that I can properly time my bet. If someone please shed some light on this, it will be greatly helpful for me.
