QUESTION 1:
Currently, nearly 90% of investors focus on short-term token prices instead of understanding the real value of the project. Can you tell us why we need $ACPT in the whole platform ecosystem?
ANSWER: Thanks for the great question! We are not against day-trading or people making short term profits, but our project is geared towards a longer term solution. Our main use-case is a mobile app called: Crypto Accept, it is an application that will host ETH Token projects and allow them the ability to easily be accepted for ecommerce and other purposes.
The $ACPT token has several purposes:
1) it is a tokenized value for our use-case product, as the product is used by more people, and as more eth token projects are added, the value will increase of the product we are developing and therefore the value of the token as well. So it is a tokenized value asset.
2) secondly, the $ACPT token will serve as part of the ecosystem for the app, the first main use for this, is that ETH token projects will be able to pay to be listed not just in ETH but in $ACPT and we will incentivize their listing in $ACPT.
3) Something we are exploring is to have $ACPT enter more into the DEFI space and have our token listed on some yield farming websites, which will encourage buying of the token and therefore increase its value.
There are and will be more purposes for the token but these are the main three that came to mind.

ACPT already has an amazing application, Then how does the ACPT application work what is only for personal wallet for only ACPT Payments?
ANSWER: Great Question! The Crypto Accept app will work as a dual function application. Firstly it will function as a very as a private free eth wallet, where anyon can use just like metamask. REasons to use our wallet over some very generic ones is:
One-time Backup: Hierarchical Deterministic Wallet (BIP44) logic enables you to keep everything both accessible and secure, with one strong passphrase that you’ll only have to back-up once.
Privacy / Anonmity: No KYC bureaucracy to access your funds, no IP association, no identity linking, no transactions tracking. Our servers anonymize your requests by hiding your IP address from prying eyes.
New Tokens and Airdrops: We will be listing all the newest DEFI tokens and other projects and highlighting many airdrop opportunities 🙂

Can you briefly describe how the top achievements the Crypto Accept team hopes to achieve before the end of this year or will be executed in the future, will help you succeed and what will you look like in 2020 and beyond?
ANSWER: Thanks for your meaningful question. We are currently in our aidrop phase for the next 2 weeks, this is part of fair distribution of part of the token and also bringing awareness and investors to know about the project. Our app is in development and should be ready anytime from the next few weeks to a month. We are not setting a firm date on the app release as it is more important for us to have it perfectly secure, tested, audited, etc.
We have partnered with altilly exchange and feel they are a very solid first step exchange for us. We have plans to list on Uniswap very soon and enter the DEFI space. We have other partnerships in the works and other exchnages targeted. You should expect alot of things to happen in 2020. Once our applicaiton is released there will be a flurry of marketing activity.

We know old name your project is $cUSD as a new stablecoin, and now changed to be $ACPT, is it be stablecoin like old project vision or no? And for $cUSD holder will there swap to $ACPT and what benefit they get? Thank youANSWER: Thank you for your question. The Crypto Accept app was the mobile app use-case of CUSD. After our cUSD token was comprimised it was through exploring many options that we decided to start the $ACPT token and center all our efforts around the app use-case itself instead of a stable coin (which we had in development).
We in detail shared with the community that we were not able to swap exactly for tokens as the comprimised tokens were spread and chiefly all exchanges were not willing to work with us except Altilly where a 1:1 swap occoured.
We offered a community airdrop event as well as a public airdrop (that is now live) as a compensation to the community, this covers most of the losses for many community members and in some cases was an added benifit. The development team tried their best to do something that would help and not leave the community after the comprimise.
We are excited for what lays ahead and are not giving up but re-building something better for the crypto world.

What is CryptoAccept trying to solve for the development of the blockchain Industry? What are the current and future CryptoAccept targets that will be realized? Crypto Accept is looking to aim to be one of the main house-hold wallets known to people in the crypto world. We believe we are going to offer a product and pricing structure for ETH token projects that far out-beats any competitor wallet by miles! So firstly we are giving ETH Token projects a very easy, affordable, turnkey ecommerce solution.
Towards the ecommerce element, we are offering a very DIY approach for people to accept ecommerce payments via any ETH token listed in our app. Busineses, individuals and other applications can use the app to instantly and FREELY start accepting crypto payments. We will be working on partnerships with businesses to see them use us publically all around the world!
Some of our targets are: To have over a 100k userbase on the wallet. To have listed over 500 ETH Token projects. To have 1000's of businesses adopt our wallet as a payment acceptance method.
We have a veristile marketing plan, our first goal is saturation of the current ETH blockchain user-base market. There are some ideas towards reaching out to "non-crypto users". Eth 2.0 update will also help towards our product gaining reconition and usuability with its massive updates and low transaction fees.
