Important Message from the CEO
Dear Drife Community.
First of all, let me thank you sincerely for the patience you have shown all these days, as we hustle to plan our IEO.
As you all know, we had technical trouble during our IEO on EOSEX and we had to abandon it midway. While this was a disappointing situation for all of us, it was a great learning experience. We became more cautious and more aware of what we wish to do and achieve going forward.
I know that we have taken longer than we would have liked in announcing our IEO dates. However, there were certain unforeseen events that we encountered along the way. We have been working on finding the right platform to conduct our IEO. We even had last leg discussions with a few exchanges only to later realize that they falsified IEO data, after we spoke to team members of other projects. While we do not wish to discuss those things here, I am sure everyone in the crypto community knows that these things do happen. And so we decided to perform comprehensive due diligence from our end.
The current situation is this – we have zeroed in on an exchange and we are pretty confident that we will have our IEO on its platform soon. However there are certain legal issues that we have to take care of before we can go ahead. I am sure we all know the situation in India regarding regulatory uncertainty surrounding cryptocurrencies. Also, there are certain requirements from the exchange that we are currently fulfilling. To remain compliant to current (and future) regulations, there are many hoops that we have to jump through before we can announce the dates for our IEO.
I ask you to remain patient for a bit longer as we set the stage for what we believe will be an exciting IEO. We also wish to announce that all token distribution will happen after we have completed our IEO.
