We are still in crisis and people are looking for ways to make money online and bounty hunting is a big attraction to those looking for ways to make money online, because it's easy to do, all you have to do is share on your social media or write an article if you are a good writer and you can earn tokens that you can trade in the market when it hit the market.

Do you think we have more bounty workers now that people are on lockdown or do not have a job yet because of the pandemic?

The number of people who are participating in the bounties are lot less now compared to 2018 and before.Pandemic increase the people's activity time on bitcointalk but most of the old member left the forum already and you can feel ot by looking at the number of replies on each section in the last few hours.

The last quarter of 2017 and 2018 is the fix season where many people are participating in bounties. This year it can possibly increase because many want to earn extra cash but to be honest if they don't know this forum then there is no way they will accidentally find it unless someone teach them about crypto and directed them to forum to get more data or ideas they need.

New people can't really participate in bounties like in 2017 because of merit requirements were needed now to rank up so people may find this as a way to earn money but they can't start making money soon after they entered into the forum but there could be exceptions.

Mostly merit required bounties are in the marketplace were the payments is made everyweek unlike in altcoins no need merits and payments is made after the bounty end and sometimes rewards will not be given, so it is better to join on bounties that pays everyweek

Since there are no more high paying bounties as well the campaign keeps on extending their campaign without guarantee of paying after 2017 ATH that leads to many scam projects and unfulfilled payment for bounty hunters, many left here in forum. Even this Pandemic I don't think they can return here due to merit system that will be required in some real paying campaigns. It's indeed harder to earn now thru bounties but still its a extra income we should not miss as only few have knowledge about this job.

I've been passing out same sorts of circumstance as you have expressed. I was unable to overlook those brilliant days of crypto's in bitcointalk forum. It's harder to accept those days were gone, merit rules forced the vast majority of the campaigns but somehow i still feel some good project still exist and that is the reason i'm here.

Personally maybe not very significant. only increased from old hunters returning from rest.
Based on account ownership, the cheater hunters increased their account numbers because they spent more time working at home.

I guess no, they may be a few new user who comes to this forum but I don't think they will directly know how bounty campaign is and how signature campaign is. Need more time to learn also need more time to understood the rule of this forum.

I believe for those who came is an old user who just leave this forum long time ago and they came back again. For old user they will directly choose some bounty campaign because they are already know the rule and some step that should take.

Since 2016 when i created account in this forum, there was no video tutorials or any guidelines about forum in youtube. Now a lot of videos on found in many platforms. So now it’s easy to learn basic likes how to join bounty campaigns. Signature are not possible for new users because they have to increase ranks. Yeah, old hunters left long time ago but mostly came back again in pandemic. Many new members added right now as a hunters.

I am not talking about the merit required/earned to join in the signature campaings.Merit requirement is basic need for a newbie to rank up now so anyone who may start their bitcointalk career in 2020 due to bullish market trend may not be able to rank up which will result in less people than in 2017 or earleir.

I don't think there are more Bounty hunters than before. Most especially that many projects end up as scams while some refuse to pay. This has frustrated many hunters and discouraged them from doing bounties which consume time and resources.

Yes,  everyday there are many people who register in  the forum to join on airdrops and bounties. Because of the pandemic people will try to look for extra income even they are  on thier home.

Yeah, it might look that bounty hunters are increasing but the case is there are fewer bounty campaigns now and because of this, bounty hunters are crowding the same campaigns. Also, It would be impossible for newcomers to participate in campaigns because of the new merit system implemented by the administrator last 2018. The case is fewer and fewer bounty campaigns are being released each month and most of it, always turns out to be scams.
