high likely that we are not seeing the full picture here. i dont think someone will put his effort on a project where he can't get any compensation out of it.
 just look at the pre-sale. the money collected from that stage, where do you think it will go? development and team, right?
so im guessing, they only put 0% but in effect, they have other means to get money from this project.

Didn't you see that? The announcement has stated if the team got 0% but in fact, the tokens that will have gotten by the team has already sold through the pre-sale.
That means if the team gets 20% of the total supply which will be sold on the pre-sale stage.

This is not actually 0% for the team.
