I saw that too, suchmoon. I was surprised as I haven't touched my trust list in a while. I also saw myself at -1 (it has since been reverted back to 0).

I would suggest to not use depth 2 with a custom trust list. Depth 1 means you trust those in your trust list and their trusted users, which is what you most likely want. Depth 2 goes one lever deeper and that's just unpredictable.

Depth 2 is ok if you use DefaultTrust. That allows you to see ratings from DT1 and DT2 members. But when you have a custom trust list you probably don't want to look that deep, like in this particular scenario: LFC_Bitcoin (your depth 0) -> Trade Runner (your depth 1) -> every scammer that Trade Runner included while having a meltdown (your depth 2).

Timelord suffers from something like dementia, as CH wisely observed. Since a while ago he also wants KYC in the forum. Seriously, what can you ask from him? The guy needs medication and ~ from all forum users. It would be great if some DT members would tag him for all his lies. Maybe this way he would not lie so much about honest users.

Tagging merely for lying would not be appropriate. But tagging for false serious accusations (like scamming) might be, particularly if it involves fabricated evidence, and Timelord2067 been close to that a few times. Luckily for him, he has earned to reputation of a village idiot and is not in DT so most people tend to let it slide.

Only the fact that he is a liar (not to mention the false accusations!) makes him untrustworthy for trades. Remember, the Marketplace Trust system was built for helping users build a reputation as merchants (or, by case, to expose the ones untrustworthy). As a simple question, all can be summed up to this: "Is Timelord trustworthy for making trades with him?". Now, if anyone would trade with a liar, then it's his problem. I wouldn't. So even not taking into consideration his false accusations determined by dementia, only his lies make him untrustworthy. A Romanian proverb says that "the one stealing an egg today can steal a buffalo tomorrow". Coming back to the imbecile, if he lies about a user, he can also lie during a business deal.

Luckily for him, he has earned to reputation of a village idiot and is not in DT so most people tend to let it slide.

He can but it doesn't necessarily mean he will. I think he has done some deals on this forum and hasn't scammed anyone - that should have more weight than him being a troll/asshole/liar in some other contexts.

Keep in mind that red trust is for high risk in trading, not merely for being untrustworthy. Granted "high" can be quite subjective but I don't think lying in unrelated contexts qualifies otherwise anyone who has kids and lied about *spoiler alert* Santa should be red trusted.

However if he keeps falsely red-trusting users with scam accusations, which has a direct impact on business, I'd say red trusting him for that is fair game.

As a note, wisdom, culture and education come, in part, from reading. I read more books only this year than you, andulolika and Timelord combined, in your entire, pathetic, lives. This is true even thou you three are able to read, which, sometimes, I doubt. Education comes also, in another part, from school. While you graduated 4 years of school at most (from which 2 were repeated), I have a Master degree. Of course, you don't know what that is, but I'll give you a hint: it's something different from your master TECHSHARE. Without going in deep details, at least observe the difference between "Master" and "master".

This thread is the clear sign that there are thousands of idiots on this forum. And now I can understand why scammers are launching scammy ICO's. That kind of "Investors" will "Invest" in anything and to be honest they really deserve to be scammed!

More to the point any scam ICO can easily point to this "educational" thread as an example of why their own "educational" thread should be allowed to continue.

It will always be harder to stop the scammer when the owner of the Forum has their own "joke" thread running hot with promises that can't be fulfilled.

In Romania we have a saying: "don't mess with the lunatics, because their brains are well rested" Meaning no matter how hard you try to resonate with them, they will come back to you with an absurdity, making you speechless at the end and wondering why you lost your time with the lunatics.


It's clear that the old troll needs serious medical supervision and he should be confined to a mental institution, but what can we do? We can just hope he is doing in his real life the same fallacies he does here and, with some luck, someone will realize he needs treatment and will get him somewhere where doctors will take care about his mental disorders.
