Binance is quite difficult but if they will see that your project is creating noise in the market, they will be willing to list your project. Even kucoin has ever hacked by the hackers and it can recover its assets and it's operating normal again right now. In another reason, kucoin was not manipulating its daily trade volume.
It's a good exchange site and im stilll using this one right now.

Binance needs a very strict requirements and you should also pay a lot of money for the listing requirements.
