Hi! I don't understand the purpose of the project creation. Do you want to create a competitor for Uniswap?   If so, why? If not, then I don't understand.  Explain the purpose of creating your project.

You do not buy tokens. You change (swap) your crypto assets to token UCAP.

We create a Crypto Exchange-Traded Fund. And you can always change back (after pre swap period) or sell on the exchanges. All assets you can see on the site accounts.

we do the first Crypto ETF

+ DeFi Bank which will operate from the fund...
+ AI Trading which will operate from the fund...
+ Investing to Crypto Startups which will operate from the fund...

and it will be a financial product like USDT or WBTC

How complicated it is. So, when I change my crypt currency for tokens of your project, do I become an investor in your fund or project? You have me confused. How complicated are funds, tokens, swaps.  You can tell us by items. 1. 2. 3. for especially talented individuals.  And there was the news that wBTC is no longer fashionable. tBTC is in trend this fall.

Yes, become an investor in fund and project

A UNICAP CETF divides ownership of itself into tokens that are held by token holders. The token holders indirectly own the assets of the fund. Token Holders are entitled to a share of the profits, and they would be entitled to any residual value if the fund undergoes liquidation.

CETF may be attractive as investments because of their low costs, asset aggregation, and tradability.

Is it legal to say that your token will be listed on certain exchanges, especially Binance and Coinbase before the official announcement from the exchange? besides that, is the statement that your token will be listed on some of the exchanges that you mentioned is a certainty or just a sweet plan?

They will keep cogging uniswap code until it becomes a meme. SUSHI, HOTDOG then this. I got myself a perfect praline this morning to put away at but now vomit emerged in the guts and squattered digestive system, all due to to my seeing this announcement. Anyway uniswap is done and probably will only dump, making the guys producing its copies look like dolts.

no one wants to do UNISWAP - why?

we make a fund that will be traded on the exchange and we add a defi bank to it. When you buy tokens UNI - they're empty, they have no assets. We sell tokens and you always know that they consist of your coins. And they cannot fall below the value of all coins in the fund.

What's an CETF?

To define what an CETF is, let's break down the term.
C - Crypto
ET = "exchange-traded"
ETFs are traded on major crypto exchanges, like the Binance and Kraken and OKEX. Of course, you'll buy and sell them in your UNICAP Account.

If you've ever traded an individual coins, then buying and selling an ETF will feel familiar because it's traded the same way.

F = "fund"
An ETF is a collection of tens, hundreds, or sometimes thousands of coins or tokens in a single fund.

If you've ever owned a mutual fund — particularly an index fund — then owning an ETF will feel familiar because it has the same built-in diversification and low costs.

The DEFI project seems on trend this year, but infairness, compare to ICO token that are verym rampant 2-3years ago, I have my feelings that Decentralize Financing is reliable rather than ICO project, some of my friend told that this is a good start to financial freedom.

I confess that I tried to understand about the project but this little brain of mine is still bugging, I will continue reading more about the project, but for now there is the question of not seeing the team members. where are the team members and why the team members decided to be anonymous even if this project does not have a problem with regulators (I think)? because in my opinion a project with team members with a great reputation or that already has a good name in this cryptocurrency market would greatly improve the image of your project. even in the whitepaper there is no information about the team members and your telegram group has few people. Show team members helps a lot to attract people's attention

I really didn't understand about your statement. Let me know first what's your opinion about the different between swap and buy?

As far as I know SWAP is transferring some of our asset into another asset between two blockchain OR on the same blockchain but from the SAME PROJECT
simple case: EOS on the first time they born, they using Ethereum as their network and then they use their own blockchain after that the EOS ERC20 holders do a swap from EOS ERC20 to EOSIO Network

Hello, as9ardia
Buying doesn't mean we're going back - swap is a bilateral exchange
If we write a purchase, your asset remains with us
I recommend that you read this material: https://www.investopedia.com/terms/s/swap.asp#:~:text=A%20swap%20is%20a%20derivative,instrument%20can%20be%20almost%20anything

What's the different with purchase?
In my stupid opinion, both are same as exchanging one asset into another asset.

Let's make it simple with an example.
I Swap my ETH into your native token UCAP.

I got some UCAP, then Where's the ETH goes to? To The SmartContract? Who have the key to that smartcontract? Me?

1. the fund centralized all assets that come into the fund accounts specified on the website

2. the difference between sale and swap is that we guarantee the reverse swap (you get a token that is guaranteed by the swap "Buy Back") after the listings or we will return everything you have invested if we do not collect Pre Public Fund

it's cool that the team answers all questions and is always in touch. considering that the project is similar to uniswap, I'm not sure that it will be successful as well, but I'm interested in following you

Now many projects engaged in the crypto industry copy successful solutions from each other. Well, as a result: higher competition and more interesting offers for the average crypto user. For me, this is rather a positive moment. Let's wait for implementation.

Study both projects, we have completely different mechanics and working principles.

An interesting project that definitely should not be ignored. I want to study the information in more detail and understand everything.Perhaps I'll go to the site and look at all the information. I like that their tokens can be exchanged for crypto.

This is exactly what I am doing now, but with the translator, the meaning of some sentences is lost. Team plans to translate the white paper into foreign languages?

Yes, we are planning to launch a bounty campaign in which we will give the opportunity to translate technical documents into the native language of each user Wink

This mechanism is the same as when we buy UNICAP tokens. It's just a different naming.
I was quite interested when I saw the bittrex logo on the exchange column on the home page, but after I checked the discussions from people here, my skepticism suddenly emerged.

Your business model is very good which is like UNISWAP and also DeFi, but trust in the name UNICAP has not been established, what made me sure to swap my ETH with your UNICAP is safe?
