But I already made a bigger deposit in the past and infact have been always able to chat until today.

I also supported add other cryptocurrencies at least have one currency with cheap price and fee prefer to TRX because the use-case from non-gambling website TRX mosthly used than doge.

if they stop the rain that means they changed something and that could include new rules like maintaining balance for old users and maintaining balance plus need to wagger a certain amount for new users to be able to use the chat feature .

 @hopenotlate said that he was depositing big amount before this issue happen so we can assume that he is done waggering 20-25$ but right now what he only need is to depo new money and maintain it for him to use the chat function . maintaining balance inside a gambling site is tricky for those who have itchy fingaz

The withdrawal fee its quite hurt to me too, what if they made a transaction fee options like the same with the roobet do Low, Medium, High priority this helps their users to get more option to make a withdrawal OR they will adopt soon the use of the altcoins too like TRX, XRP, and etc.. one thing I do right now is to hold my money in duelbits and wait for the hype of the market. But looks like it took for so long because of this correction. Looking forward duelbits will respond with our suggestion.

It is a pity that we always have to deal with the fee on the network. I have had to wait for hours with a priority fee, so you still cannot be sure that it will be confirmed on the network quickly.

Yes, the fee of bitcoin and ethereum will be our main concern when we want to withdraw because both bitcoin and ethereum now have a high fee than the other coins, so that can make some gamblers like me will think twice to use bitcoin or ethereum to gamble. It will better to add altcoin for the option to gamble and to withdraw.

This has been a major issue associated with Duelbits from the beginning. They should have at the very least provided a single inexpensive altcoin(In terms of TX fees) for deposits and withdrawals such as LTC, XRP or Doge etc.

Their BTC withdrawal fee is horrible which leaves ETH as the only viable payment method. They should address this issue first instead of focusing all their efforts into marketing.

Yeah, just like what we have witnessed in 2017, when bitcoin goes up so is the transaction fees. So average joe gamblers tend to stay away from it, and uses Ethereum or Doge or Litecoin or even XRP. But things are different now, even those mention altcoins such as Ethereum and Litecoin has fees increased as well in this bull run, while XRP are threaten by the regulatory policies of US SEC.

Not sure though what will be the best altcoin for us gamblers now. I have good experience with Doge in the past though, so my vote goes to it in case Duelbits decided to add altcoin option.

I guess they are not yet ready to grant the request even if it has been requested a long time ago by many because if they have the resources to do it then I am pretty sure that they have already added this feature.

I guess they should find some developer that can do this kind of stuff especially if they think that it can help them to boost their number of users in their platform.

We can't really say that for certain though, Duelbits have been very active with their games and giveaways and for sure they are monitoring this thread as well so hear our sentiments or request, maybe its on their table now for all we know.

So I will echo the same sentiments as well, BTC and ETH are not viable because of the obvious fees.

We can give them more time as I see they are a newcomer in this crypto gambling site, and I am sure there is much preparation before adding some altcoins to their website. Having that feature can help members deposit and withdraw without paying a high fee compared to bitcoin or ethereum. People can gamble with a big amount of altcoin for a long time because if people lose the altcoin, the losing value will not too big depend on using bitcoin or ethereum.
