Yes, the previous one was fast as I caught it in my 3rd buy bonus. Just posted my entry again for this Wild West Gold challenge, but it took me longer time. Twitter challenge is nice, I won it several times already. Hoping to see bigger reward for the challenge

I think this happened only to me because a few hours ago I also tried to contact them but have not received a response until now, I saw that one of the agents was online and tried to send a message and it didn't respond. There are 2 possibilities, they are busy or the service is not good, I hope this doesn't continue.

Support is always responding me fast (less than 5 minutes). Perhaps support agent forgot to notify me when my issue is solved by the teach team or perhaps there is a miscommunication between the teach team and the support agent.

Is there something wrong with the last twitter challenge? I have submitted my entry for the challenge more than 24 hours ago and I add a new screenshot just in case there is something wrong with my first screenshot. Usually once there is a valid entry, winner will be declared and prize will be sent fast. I asked in chat 8hours ago and mod answered me that the prize will be rewarded soon, I asked support and Jace answered that he will let me know once it is finished. Since the challenge is first come first serve, so basically the challenge is finished when there is a valid entry.

Yes it is really strange, they say that my screenshot is fake or old while it is absolutely wrong. I gave them the replay link from pragmatic, screenshots, even the betID which is available under my bet history in duelbits. They say that they cant find it on their database while it is available under my bet history. From the SS and my bet history (as I shared it to you), it is clear that my bet was on June 30th while the twitter challenge started on June 29th, so it does not make senses to say my bet is old.
No more replies on twitter then I went to live support, support said that it is forwarded to the tech team (again). Lets see how it goes?

Even if they can't find it back in their database, I think you provided enough proof that you won the contest and you should receive the reward. Hopefully this will be resolved quickly!

Of course I can find it and I have provided it to both live support and twitter account. It took long time to find it as I have made thousands bets after that bet but I could find it eventually as you can see in this below image:



The bet for the challenge is the one with 109.26 win amount and as you can see there is also official betID from duelbits for that bet which is 67007786170. It is a bonus buy $20, base bet amount 0.2 and win $109.26 so it is 546x which is a valid/qualified bet for the challenge. If I check the history of the game, I also can find the official betID from the pragmatic and I have provided it as well to them.
