If I'm not mistaken it's based on the tickets you collect. so well at least for me personally the first 10 tickets with $ 10 is not something that is heavy enough. You are right in that, this is also valid when you are playing slots and your internet connection fails, it doesn't affect the result. I have had it a couple of times (even in a bonus round) and you always come back in the same spin. This is true, the current raffle of draw of winner on Duelbits event is done via private draw and the only thing we can do about it is to trust Duelbits that they are doing the selection in fair way.  There big events usually done the winner picking via live on twitch with a streamer but I guess this time they the normal way which is the private draw of winners which every casino is doing.
