I don't understand women's investment at point 4. I think if you mean playing with women, this behavior can drain all of our assets. In this life, many men are looking for life satisfaction, including wealth, throne, women. and many cases of a man who went bankrupt because he couldn't get through this ordeal. therefore we must be able to control ourselves so as not to be trapped in this hell

They are really nice examples but some of them are rather useless for the vast majority of people.
Like the 1st rule. Why do I need to know that money is covered only by the words of those who govern those countries? I mean, surely if I made up my mind to invest in Venezuela or Kongo, I should know that. However, that is some special knowledge. I really cannot imagine the situation when I need to follow this rule. I also didn't understand what you mean by investing in women. That is not investment, that is waste of money on women to have a good time. Investing is different. I didn't understand the last rule. Why do I need to know that I and my family is not smart?
All in all, the rules are nice but some of them are too exagerated. Like don't argue with countries and governments. That is a real hogwash that everyone understands and nobody needs. It actually depends on the country and government: in the USA tobacco companies conflict the governments and do well and prosper.

I think all the rules can be shortened into making connections, monitor expenses, be wise.
And also one of the rules to become rich is never limit yourself on what you can gain or achieved. and to do that you must gain knowledge, experience and practice then richness will come eventually because I am sure that all rich people doesn't even know there's a rule to become rich. They only set their mind on what they want to achieve and on what can they do to have more profit then do it.

To be honest, I didn't read all the rules because rules are only based or depends on the person, if that is your rules then go for it, I hope you are already rich because you have that kind of rules. The only rules in my life to get rich is to work hard, spend wisely and invest your money. Three things but makes sense, there is no need to follow so many rules as long as you know your path.

Don't forget the ground rule that you should be grateful regardless of whether you are rich enough or not financially.

Actually to get rich then I don't think we need rule as much as OP because maybe not all rich people have such rule. As you said, everyone has their own way and rule to get rich and most of them are hard workers. I agree with that point. Sometime people don't look financially rich but they are so grateful for what they have that they always have enough. Because getting rich is not a legacy for everyone, we all have to work hard to make it happen.

That saved me a lot of many through the years. 

Mine too, almost invested half of my savings to a rug pull scheme and thank goodness that I thought of this thing because the returns were so good that it looks like your missing out when you aren't invested in it. What I just said could also be a lesson too, if it makes you rush things, you probably shouldn't invest in it.

Yep, I agree, becoming rich is not as much as following a few rules, but about discovering a path that others have not followed, yet still looks promising and has a decent chance of success. I am of course speaking of people who are trying to build their own fortunes, not of people that have already inherited significant wealth or that somehow got to be "rich" by chance. In those cases, there are some rule that they can follow but still it would need an adaptation to the current times.

So where did you get this rule from? Have you applied these rules to your life? and what are the results? You need to know that every human being has a different path to get rich. to be rich is not bound only by rules like this.

Steps number 1 through number 23 are effort, and number 24 is destiny.  with the number 24 signifies that all your efforts to become rich can be determined by how your fate is destined.  so I agree more if Sentence number 24 is replaced by :

I agree with most of those rules, especially rule number three.
but to get rich actually has two main rules, namely to work hard and not to be wasteful. but of course not everyone will agree with the rules. a smoker and coffee lover will reject rule number 14 because they don't think it's a bad trait. coffee and smoking should not be included in rule number 14 because not everyone agrees that coffee and smoking are bad traits.

Rule number three says don't gamble if we want to be rich, on the one hand I do agree, many people who gamble lose a lot of money. But on
the other hand gambling can be safe to do, as long as we are responsible gamblers, it means not gambling excessively and limiting the amount of
money that will be used to gamble. But regarding rule number 14, by mentioning staying away from smoking and drinking can make you rich.
That I agree smoking and drinking can waste our money, and its dangerous long-term effects can cause internal disease. In the end, to be rich,
it takes a lifestyle that prioritizes spending money on needs rather than spending money to fulfill our desires, can do that I believe everyone can be rich.

That rules are actually good when viewed in general terms, but after all... this is about the problems of each person's life, which sometimes cannot leave one or some of that rules, here it is a choice for each to keep manage personal finances as well as possible, such as can set aside money to invest or saving it well until becoming a rich person.

I think rules are laid down for people who wish to be successful and those who wants to be successful take the risk of doing what no one is doing, or sloving a problem everyone else is ignoring. I don't believe in destiny. Everything has a law of cause and effect. I've seen rich people without trying. For example, a rich boy inherits the wealth of his parents. It wasn't destiny, for there was a reason. not how long the inherited company became bankrupt. and that too has a reason. So, destiny for me does not exist.

I think just doing 10 of the more than 20 things you give makes a person rich. I believe that a person who adheres to all of the above rules has deep self-discipline. How can that person do all of the things listed above? It will take a lot of practice to bring the philosophy of life to the next level. I see the shape of Warren Buffet inside the above rules.
