I have asked about this thing in the old thread and the answer is that there is no requirement for players to do KYC in order to cash out unless there is a change about it recently.
I have done once cash out from this site some time ago, small amount only indeed and I did not need to do KYC for it.

Looking at the image on your main post, I see there are several provably fair games. I just logged in but I cant find those game, I can see the Blast game only as the provably fair game.
