The reason for this situation is, you claimed Casino welcome bonus. When this bonus is claimed, your funds proportional to the bonus amount is freeze up until the bonus conditions are met.
You can always navigate to the Bonus Section of the website (your avatar) and cancel the bonus. The funds should return to your main balance instead of your bonus balance.

Biggest cheat and scam of all time!!! You will not be able to withdraw money for 10-15 days, or you will not be albe to withdraw money never. I was in their affiliate program (to get clients in their sportsbook and to get %). My affiliate was 77$, and they banned me from it and didnt want to pay to me my commision. Also, i have all pictures to proof to anyone that contact me.

There's a pretty big difference between 10 to 15 days and never, come back in January if you aren't able to sort out your withdrawal and let people know if you are just over reacting to a delay or there is really a unsurmountable problem.   Theres definitely worse sites to be avoided, the wager requirements on a bonus is pretty common I've found last one I had was 20x which is tons imo but also the stake was gifted so who could complain and I dont know the detail of the affiliate credit but its not unheard of if problems with the people referred arent active or some hitch, hope you work it out.

You should not worry about it they won't advertise it if they can't pay it. Well I've played here for a couple of times and win some amounts I can say that they are paying but my withdrawals are not much as what you might be expecting.
