But if you still use the prizepool up to $500, maybe you can pay for the top 20 winners. But the prizes will not be too big for all of the winners.

With prize pool up to $500, 100 winners is too much! With just 10 winners prizes can be higher, and it's all about that, for higher prizes people will try more!
It's definitely better to do the highest multiplier win than most recent, in my opinion! People will try more from the start, with the most recent people will wait last minutes to try to win something big! Maybe to be about wagering, who wager most will take the prize, in that case you don't need minimum deposit, people will have to deposit if they wish to be in the race! With the highest multiplier people will play with low bets, a lot of bets just to hit some high payout, with wagering some people will play with higher bets!

1) Coming up to the time, it is obvious that you wont be able to give a "good time" for all players in this world especially if the contest is limited to 1 hour only.
2) Making it daily sounds better as players all around the world will be able to manage their own time although the best time to win such "most recent" contest is on the last hour(s).

Bitinity have some good arguments, but these two are the most interesting for me. It's better to be daily, and available for all. And people to be active all day casino should change that "the most recent wins".

We might make it like a level system, where you need to wager a certain amount to reach a level and only level 1 and above can take part in certain promos. But again we would announce anything like that first

We don't want to make another change too soon for the promo so we will leave the daily multiplier race for rest of the week and then based on number of players/wagered we can think of bigger prizepools and changing to weekly or having daily and weekly.
