Noticed about that posts as well but seems that it has been resolved already.
The user created a scam accusation thread before and it is edited with "resolved" that's why the user deleted his posts in this thread.
I'm not really sure how it was resolved but it is good to see that it is resolved.

I was the one that made the scam accusation thread.

They told me that they were cancelling my withdrawals and they removed my .4btc balance saying there was a malfunction and i was cheating. I made the post initially because they refused to be reasonable and said there was nothing i could do. But after we came to an agreement that they would do a 2 week investigation and im supposed to get a verdict on 2/5/21. If they say it wasnt a malfunction which it wasnt, and return my due balance. .. it is resolved and i will gladly continue playing there

So I got a response today about the investigation that took place in regards to why my .4btc balance was taken along with .1 in btc withdrawals deleted from my account..

Initially it was stated that there was a game fault in the Playson game I was playing. Causing me to "win more balance than I was supposed to" therefore causing all my bets prior and after to be negated.

They also stated i was trying to cheat by tipping my best friend on the site when i was winning and having him "quickly try and withdrawal".

These accusations were both lies, trying to prevent them having to pay me the roughly 12,000$ i am owed.

I did not cheat, have no way of knowing how on to. And yes i did tip my friend. But he wagered on the money i sent him for hours and hours before he even attempted a withdrawal himself. Proof is the fact that he got multiple decent rakebacks and raised his vip level on the site more than 2 times during that period.
Neither of those things would have happened unless you wager a decent amount of money... so no.. he was not trying to hurry up and cash out..


So .. back to the investigation

Steve the support guy whos been nothing but rude and unprofessional this whole time tells me today that there was in fact a fault in the playson and now booongo games (booongo was never mentioned before) and that all my bets are not valid and they offered me something like 300$ for the trouble... not even close to the 12,000$ i am due.

When asking for a log of the bets that were invalid and caused all my other bets placed on diff providers , like pragmatic, blueprint, and quickspin.. or even the statement from playson or boongo legitimizing the verdict.. i was denied and said they cant because it would breach their security... I have screenshots of all convo's with them. Along with timestamped photo and video evidence of my balance throughout that whole evening through different providers and i will be uploading below..

All in all Verve is very unprofessional and i would stay away at all costs.

Sorry to hear your 2nd time of bad experience in this site. Although your 1st is resolved by an agreement but this 2nd one seems to be more complicated as the support said "goodbye" to you already. It sounds like that the site do not want to resolve your 2nd issue although they offer you to some money as monthly bonus and rakeback. My big question is, how many players played the same games as what you played? Are they getting the same issues?

Thats why I thought that the 14 days it took to come to this clonclusion would have revealed. But they refuse to give me any further info. They were trying to buy me with what they offered. Which is nice but not professional or what is even remotely fair to what is owed

But I believe they are aware that someone is trying to make a discussion with them here, I hope they respond properly and resolve the case with the fairest posible solution. One thing to watch out for before playing on a new casino site is a license if there is no License it is better to stay away
There's no need to take risks while there are many other casino options
