Hi,

I have recently downloaded 1xbit application in order to bet on sports and other stuff.

I fortunately won bets and was able to withdraw some money in. I withdrew three times on the 06.10.2020:
-70 mB at 1:45PM (in BTC) and it got confirmed by the operator
-50 mB at 8:30 PM (in LTC), got confirmed by the operator
-100mB at 8:50PM (in BTC) also got confirmed by the operator

In order to withdraw, I had to select the currency I wanted to and obviously select the address of my wallet which was BTC.

I wanted to check later how much I had received, around 11PM and I realized that I got 0, I'm not really used on how long it should take but it was really weird to me. So I decided to make some researches and indeed it was unusual hence I decided to contact the 1xbit assistance via chat in the first place and they told me to e-mail them regarding the issue. Which I did.

1xbit then adressed to me:
" Dear Customer,

All of these withdrawals have been paid out to your payment account. You can check hash numbers of these transactions:

1) 82e8dc180367262d01b2949ca5d246ab74a98dddf0eeee187a5e080181bacc2b
2) 7720fd192a566352a4fdd80a5a9e00a547051557b303e4e162f231eefee077f0
3) 8d207483b064d44b029fd7731616da5c635f3a4666aca9de1d56d28d990ee9ae "

The only one that I received is the 2) which I requested in LTC.
The 1) and 3), I requested in BTC, giving them the right BTC wallet address (you can see attached: https://gyazo.com/663c73e25fadf7bfd031d5ecda0fe9d7)

Then I checked again on my transaction history on the app and it clearly shows that I have selected the right wallet address starting with "3QJb" (https://gyazo.com/0c501b8716276d28820eff7427ea5f8c)

NOT being able to track the hash numbers they gave me on BTC currency, I tried to check if they existed in LTC and they do!
1) https://live.blockcypher.com/ltc/tx/82e8dc180367262d01b2949ca5d246ab74a98dddf0eeee187a5e080181bacc2b/
2) https://live.blockcypher.com/ltc/tx/7720fd192a566352a4fdd80a5a9e00a547051557b303e4e162f231eefee077f0/
3) https://live.blockcypher.com/ltc/tx/8d207483b064d44b029fd7731616da5c635f3a4666aca9de1d56d28d990ee9ae/

I have tried to send LTC to a BTC wallet to check if I could have made the mistake but it DOES NOT WORK! I'm very careful doing this kind of stuff considering that it is reversible and money.
Since I still haven't received the currency I wrote to them saying that It is not possible to do this kind of mistake else it would have shown an ERROR!

The reply I got from them:
" Dear Customer,

According to our specialists, these transactions have been paid out on our side. But these transactions have been sent to the Litecoin blockchain network. That is why you have not received funds to your Bitcoin wallet. Unfortunately, we can not fix this problem on our side. Transactions in the cryptocurrency network are irreversible.

If you want to withdraw your funds to a bitcoin address, you should select the "Bitcoin" option in the "Withdraw" section of your account. Please be careful in your future transactions."

TLDR: I have requested withdraws in BTC, it shows in the 1xbit application transaction history. Mentionning the address, it matches with my BTC wallet, they sent them in LTC but I don't know the address (was not mine)

Have you searched their reputation before installing their app? They really have not-so-good reputation here as there are a lot of cases that are still unresolved, this is why they can't even run their sig campaign here. But curious if what will 1xbit_official will respond after his investigation. Let's see if this one will be another unresolved case.

@asianboy92

as we see, you've accomplished 3 withdrawals in LTC, the sums of mentioned transactions are equals to the sums due to the BTC rates on the day of the proceeding.

Could you please send a screenshot from your account's transaction history, proving that you've used a different withdrawal method?

my apologies, I did not notice that you have already sent it. Now I send all the information to my security department.

So the second transaction shows that the LTC was already spent. I assume that is your address and you moved the funds somewhere else.
What about MWWjgjU6q79hjNbQ2p5PW6sC463gZRLtCf? Have you ever used that one and does it appear anywhere in your transaction history?

Can you upload some proof that shows which addresses you requested the withdrawals to be sent to? This screenshot (https://gyazo.com/663c73e25fadf7bfd031d5ecda0fe9d7) only shows an address, but it doesn't prove you requested a withdrawal to it in the transactions you had issues with. The other screenshot shows no addresses at all.

1xbit has an awful reputation here but you still need to complete scam accusation with the required transaction history.

It's sad that you just realized that they are scammers after they played your money. These 1xbet/1xbit guys have always been scammers from the word go. Just search "1xbit scam" online and see how many complaints come up in the results.... Hundreds!
A greater percentage of the victims have tried to complain until they have had to give up without getting compensated

@asianboy92 good afternoon,
we have once again checked your transactions. The withdrawals were made using your specified details in litecoin currency to the address 3QJbNr48szJGvsKVvw63gTcnjPTEdjG1My.

here is the link to this wallet in the lightcoin blockchain https://live.blockcypher.com/ltc/address/3QJbNr48szJGvsKVvw63gTcnjPTEdjG1My/ <- funds are still here

since LTC is a fork of BTC, addresses could be the same in different blockchains.

It is likely that you specified an incorrect payment method when withdrawing funds, that's possible to do if we talk about forks. Unfortunately, we can't help you because the funds were successfully sent by us using the details you specified when withdrawing.

hey
no, as I said. They dont have anything against me and now they ignore my case.

I will tell you once there is something new about your case, but we already investigated it twice and your account was claimed as violating. As a marketing manager, I can't help or suggest you anything else.

In as much as we all know 1xbit to be extremely shady and proven scammers in numerous occasions, But this isn't one of those cases, since the tx hashes shows that indeed those withdrawals were paid out to the OP specified address, but in a different blockchain, the only issue now is that we can't tell whose fault it is as to why the payment were being made to the address.

snip

Do you own the private keys to the BTC address you requested that the funds be sent to ? If yes, then I think the funds should be recoverable by you.

Obviously the screw up was on your side, now I don't know how you manage your withdrawals requests whether it is manual or automated but the thing is the user here has inputted the right withdrawal request with the right address. His payment request is for Bitcoin and you sent it in Litecoin and your first response to him is "we cannot fix this problem on our side", you are basically saying to him is "deal with it even though you didn't made any mistake". Please own your mistake as this user looks like a decent gambler trying to withdraw his winnings from your website.

I am active on rating articles on Publish0x one thing I notice the 1xbit banner is prominently posted in their home page, and I also their banners on some Cryptocurrency related websites like Coinmarketcap, they are still very active in promoting their platform, they have money to promote so they scam new investors.

Of course they keep on promoting, why they should not if there are enough people who will keep depositing there. I can not blame them. It is bad what they do, though.
Users should also do some more research when they want to open an account somewhere. If you Google it, there are many worse reviews, that would be enough not to open an account.
They solved a case, but its 30 mbtc, that is not reasonable. They took from blogab much more and then they do not solve it.

Seems that there was no action that has been made to settle the issue, no proofs or anything else to support the claim either scam or real violation.

In case of the OP, I'm curious why he didn't replied to the thread, seems like the issue has been dumped.
Again no issue has been resolved, be careful dealing with their casino.

Scammers are shits, can't these scammers just live, do their business fairly?
No one deserves to be scammed.

What I particularly find brand appreciation is that 1xbit never gives any reason. They just say the terms have been violated without any further explanation.
At the very least, a customer can expect what terms would have allegedly been violated.
Probably 1xbit has no answer for that, and they think they can easily get rid of it this way.
