Coinbase kraken binance?

Who has so big ammount of cash now what grayscale gives?  The CEO-s and company Names?

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

Most of the time they buy directly from Miners. They also buy at major auctions. You are confusing exchange with sellers. Not all sellers are on exchanges. These wholesale negotiations are called OTC. Some exchanges offer this service, but it is detached from traditional retailing.

Buying or selling directly from the book in large quantities is terrible. Unless your purpose is to manipulate the price.

This is already an issue even back then where they bought so huge amount but I don't see why this keeps being a new thread. Better see this thread[1] instead of making a new one, hence lock this thread as well. All of the questions you have are already on that thread so better check it out!
