I noticed that he has already a Jr.member rank (only 57 activities since a year after registration) but he seems to me like any other newbie who is just about to discover the forum. I don't see why you find my observation inappropriate in any way, because if someone has been a member of the forum for more than a year, then it doesn't make much sense to welcome him to the forum, isn't it? And if you read his post history and it is more evident that he is not someone who is a complete newbie, although some even after years on this forum learn very little or almost nothing.
Don't take things like this too personally, everyone has the right to their opinion - the important thing is that there is no bad intention in all this.
