Hoping for another chance of making another entry. It's funny that I was able to create first an entry of "Halloween themed" artwork before this haloween special art contest.

You should be allowed to join.
Your entry won't always guarantee you a 100% chance of winning if you don't put too much effort in it.

I am working on this too. I will submit before October 31st. 

But I am not an alt account. I can send my ID or whatever to that company. I kinda spent hours on this design so it would be a waste if I am not allowed to participate.
