Because sending BTC to your deposit address basically cannot be prevented (even though they have disabled the deposit page though). Maybe the server can exclude your deposit address but it will need to overhaul some of their codes to blacklist your address to automate the central wallet and it will take time and your BTC will still be stuck in the deposit address. So, stop trying to send again to that address because it can still receive as much of your BTC as it will forever.

owlcatz, I would have considered you to be more knowledgeable about what you post than this.

The site being talked about by the OP is stake.com, I am sure you have heard about primedice and stake is their sister site now owned by the same people and run by the same team with minor differences. The one you posted is a different thing.
OP, if you have already talked to the support team there must have been some sort of breaking of TOS that you are not revealing from your side. Till now stake has been known to be well reputed casino along with primedice and its owners are well known here. They have upheld all withdraws and fixed any disputes professionally.

If you want to make your accusation genuine add some of the chat screenshots of the support team so everyone can know what you were up to.

In all actuality, I did not know about the primedice part, sorry - I don't gamble bitcoins anymore and it's illegal here anyhow.

The words block mean you are blocked from making withdraw. However, you have havent provide any proof of all your accusation and you also don't report the accusation in the right format which is below.

If you are sure about your part that you haven't broke their TOS you should ask them for the proof of the said multiple accounts or whatever else they're accusing you of, then if they refuse to do that for whatever reason that would be obvious that the website is just making up excuses to not let you withdraw the funds that is rightfully yours, unfortunately you are not the first person that have problem withdrawing after winning big amount on a casino website which adds to the suspicion.

I hope the issue will be solved soon since Stake and Primedice both have a good reputation in this forum but if it's not solved I would suggest you to provide all the proof in this topic of the deposits and any other stuff that is related to this case and also all the answers you got from their support.

The site in the subject is among the long existing gambling site and it will unreasonable for them to scam you with $3500 just to spoil their reputation on this forum as someone once said, you haven't provided any evidence to back up your claim.

What I think is funny is this part from their responsible gaming rules.

Read the first site, I stated the chat where I told the support that I can withdraw and they only say write the email and bla bla bla.

Fact is, since 12 hours I can't withdraw, but I can still deposit/wager and play casino , all documented with screens.
Also they did not inform me about any investigation, no message, no email. If I would not have tried to withdraw my money I would not know by now. And if I decided to make another deposit today this money would be gone as well. In my eyes this is clear fraud.

It's barely been 24 hours.  You aren't doing yourself any favors by raging about it here, so just be patient like they asked and if there's still an issue after a few more days more people will take you seriously since you wont have 100 posts bitching and moaning and being a dick.

The guy is very demanding he wants things done right away there is technicality on this and the team is reviewing everything and they want to come up with a good investigation on why your account is singled, give the team their time to do their job I know it's a big amount but not a big amount to ruin their reputation by coming up with a fabricated story.

Thanks to user Stunna who actually took the time to help me with this (unlike the official stake support) he was able to get my money.

Case is resolved now.

Only bad thing is that I will get betting limits now which of course is shit for me.
