In my opinion, it's a good choice that they didn't ask for withdrawal fee since they still able to earn profit from house edge and I think they found a solution to for the withdrawal fee. By "giving faster" you mean how fast they process the withdraws right? From my experience the fastest ones or close to instant are Sportsbet, Luckybit and Bitcasino I mostly play with BTC so I can't say if it's the same with altcoins.

Real live Casinos don't charge a fee to cash in chips at the end of the time you've spent playing at their tables/wheels/machines eaten and drunk beverages.  There's a difference between covering transaction fees and price gouging by picking up even more satoshis to allow a user to claim their own funds.  Casinos should probably just factor TX fees into their house edge.

Its depends upon the casino, if the casino only offers free withdrawal features but lacks on good repute, bad design or support, people will not play there.
