That means the man did not change his behavior yet after getting a red tag in 2019 by marlboroza. And I have seen many people are very active to post about Ponzi scheme projects on local boards or where the trust score is not shown. And basically in local boards, there are lot of newbies are active there.

Yes, most scammers, after their Ponzi schemes are revealed, do not stop there and continue to promote new projects that are based on fraud. Obviously, they can't find another way to make money. And very often, these scammers do not invest their money in such schemes, because they know that they will lose them, so they prefer to earn on referral links.
