until now bitcoin is still illegal in various countries only a few countries have legalized bitcoin but even so in countries that prohibit bitcoin there has been no arrest or hunting of people who hold bitcoins, meaning that even though they are prohibited, there are no sanctions against people who hold bitcoins.
Well, I'd agree to some point. Yet, there are also countries that are neutral about Bitcoin. I mean it's not legal but not illegal as well, Let's say the Philippines. Here, our Government are not banning nor prohibiting people to engage in crypto, this doesn't mean that's Legal but our Central Bank quoted to be cautious about Bitcoin, given that still Bitcoin is not Illegal it's just a fair warning as there are a lot Ponzis scheme and vulgar scammers.
Before, I've read something about laundering money via Crypto and the owner and the one trading it was arrested. Not sure when it;s but yeah there are already cases wherein an arrest happens.
