Russian currency have big problems
The only Country is left is China who want to Deal with russian currency.

But in Russia Everybody who knows that ruble is highy inflated and all most worthless they all ready use thether cryptocurrency.
The Coming sanctions can only proof that currency is close to de valuation.
As the Russian natural resources was Main reason to buy ruble to buy and export to the west.

If China will not do any Exchange with rubles its sign that currency will be devalued.

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

Did you mean the liquidity of the cash flow? Russia is exporting most of its natural resources and weapons to regional countries, while imports are related to consumer goods and foodstuffs.
If in the future they can no longer sell weapons and export products from their own national resources, the economy of this country is very worrying.

I think you are too negative about the potential of Russian economy and her currency, there is a west sentiment against Russia as a whole and it is also being magnified with the Fake Russia interference in US election. I believe in short term there will be pain as regard the Rubie until the market realise it is greatly undervalued. I read about some Funds picking up companies now in Russia because of the huge potential for growth.

Is China the only country that will do business with Russia? The answer is no. So Russia can't depend only on them for trade. Whether the Chinese people patronize trade with Russia or not won't determine anything for Russia.

They are allies, and allies have to help each other in times that they're facing. But can you elaborate more on these problems that you are pointing to Russia? State the facts which are these big problems that they are dealing with.

If China will not do any Exchange with rubles its sign that currency will be devalued.
Russia can't depend on them. IMO, economically, they're somehow standing fine and if you have a source to educate us here about this thing that's happening in Russia. You can give us a link to have a good read about it.

I cant say totally devalued. Yes they are allied but using an economic currency trading would probably a normal business within other countries. China is their ally and even without them I dont think Russia will tremble and fall down easily. Dont think just because they are partner Russia dont have other means of exchange. Take note that they are also a powerful contry leveled with US and China at least in my own judgement. So even this is bound to happen its not that easy to make ruble devalued just like that.

Hey wait a second. If I go by your post history. According to you
1. USD is worthless because no one wants to buy OIL in USD.
2. Kyrgystan's Som is worhtless because it has no value as compared to dollar.
3. Russia's Ruble is worthless because I don't now who knows it's highly inflated. Because Russia have had a static inflation rate of about 4-5% which is pretty decent for developing countries and even developed countries.
4. Why wouldn't China do any exchanges in Ruble? Any sources why?
5. Which sanctions? If you are talking about the EU sanctions that are just on a few people and not have any affect on overall Russian Market. Please make sure you put up a credible source along with such posts?

It's like saying that if the whole manufacturing Industry in US shuts down the economy of the country will be too worrying? Does this makes sense? Why would Russia not able to selll it's weapons? It has a great team of allies and sells weapons to top countries like India, Vietnam, China etc, why would it stop? Any reasons?

Most Russians do not like their current government, and why would the meme where Russia can't choose their leader exist if they are happy with the way that their goverment that is run by Putin for a long time. If Russian economy is thriving then why is the ruble depreciates over time?

Russia knows this one, this is why they are working hard to protect their territory outside Russia and yes, many Russian companies are also working with the US and other countries in Europe so they are not sole dependent with the Chinese government. All the currency will fall, and most of the countries already experiencing it right now, USD are down but not totally devalued, we also have to look for the economic status of the country.

Russia has many natural resources, especially oil, wood and metals. European countries will have to buy these items. They will use either the EU or RUB. Either way, Russia still has a good import-export portfolio because of its policies.
As for China, they are allies of Russia and they will continue to buy Russian weapons or technology. They will stop exchanging high-value items at a certain point.
I see the Russian economy at risk. It also makes sense that they recently banned people from trading on exchanges like Binance, Bitmex, and cryptocurrency-related P2P exchanges.

Russia's export capabilities aren't a joke. They are still one of the largest exporters of energy products such as coil, oil, petroleum products and gas, alongside being one of the largest producers of metals and minerals. They are basically one giant landmass of natural resources ripe for the taking, and if that does not strengthen the Ruble and their economy in any way, then Putin is doing something really wrong in his rule. Most European countries are still dependent on Russia's exports and are in close ties with them, since they know so well that Russia is a force to be reckoned with, though they only get vocal when the Russians are snooping its nose on some of their properties. Anyway, Russia's economy and currency is still robust IMO, so long as there are countries heavily dependent with their exports. You can't discount Russia's total land area for their economic capabilities.

No one in Russia keeps their savings in rubles. Any first grader knows this - if you want to store your money, then rubles are not suitable for this. For this reason, nothing new is happening in the minds of Russians. They already know very well that the domestic currency is not reliable.

China, Russia and most recently Turkey are embroiled in conflict as a result, in the current economic environment many people do not think the dollar is as safe as before they are interested in trading in their respective national currencies instead of Russian currencies If these two countries can persuade others to do the same, then the dominance of the dollar will obviously be greatly reduced. But as long as the United States has enough political and economic confidence from investors, the dollar is likely to be the strongest.

I think that Russia has this problem with the Ruble Crisis from several years ago. At least, in 2014, it was getting in big trouble and problem.
And now, since 2019 also. What causes this problem?

It is actually not a kind of simple thing but influenced by several terms that are quite complicated. At least, the reasons are here probably:
1. Oil Prices Fall
2. Political Risks
3. Dollar Debt

These three big problems are still faced by Russia until now and it leads to more trouble with their financial system and influencing to their currency.

If China will not do any Exchange with rubles its sign that currency will be devalued.
This may be very influencing and will give big impact, of course.

Russia has had pretty complicated economic problems for at least the last 10 years in my opinion. You may have forgotten to add another factor to the list that is no less important as the cause of the collapse of the Russian economy, namely "international sanctions". After several countries imposed sanctions on Russia, there were quite a number of problems facing Russia and it caused their economy to suffer. Even some countries are still reluctant to lift these sanctions and intend to extend their validity period.

This source explains a lot about the sanctions Russia has faced so far.

That is bad news for Russia. I think as long as the corona pandemic is on going and the oil and gas price is so low, there is a lot of negative pressure on the Russian economy and the  currency. Devaluations of the currency are not a bad thing because they make exports cheaper. However the Russian exports are being sanctioned by many western countries creating more pressure on the Russian economy. China will likely try to get a very good deal with Russia to trade.

Russia will be fine as winter is coming and the need for gas for heating and energy to run power plants across Europe must be maintained. Russia is the closest and has plentiful and diverse resources so European countries will have to take advantage of this to import from Russia.
It is not until Europe completes the conversion of energy to another form of fuel exhaustion across Russia is Russia's economic problem the real concern.

Russia has still one bargaining power and that is their oil, and they government of Putin is already putting everything to reduce 'capital flight', just like China that's why they are really hard on crypto because they know that their population can simply hide their wealth on it or move their cash that is hard to trace. I think Russia will be fine, they still have a lot of allies that is willing to buy their resource or even trade with them.

it is not a secret that russian economy is not in a good condition.but good thing for them is that they are not a foreign dependent country. they have enough energy sources and production. So they can continue their lives normally even after a devaluation.

Quote from: Google
The main form of cooperation in the overall complex of economic relations between Russia and China is trade. ... The share of China in foreign trade of Russia grew from 12.1% in 2015 to 14.1% in 2016. Since 2010 China is the largest trading partner of Russia.

It does not said that only China left as trading partner of Russia but it is the largest trading partner of China. Since before, these two Giant countries are supporting each other. They are two allies and it is the reason why America can`t touch either one of them. Being the dominant and powerful country even before world war, I don`t believe that Russia will collapse and have a big problems dealing with its currency. Russia is packed up of advance technology, large territories (Even most of its land is not habitable) and it is developed country. If its currency dropped down, it might be a factor of economic declines due to pandemic and its normal for every country to suffer as of the moment.

Western sanctions have also forced Russia to look toward China for investment opportunities.
Moscow and Beijing have reached an agreement to replace the USD with national currencies in international settlements between the two countries. The agreement also calls for the two sides to develop alternative payment mechanisms for the US-dominated SWIFT network (international interbank financial system), moving towards promoting trade in Russian rubles and the yuan.

Russia was never a country that cared too much about how much their currency worth, they knew that if they do not act in the best interest of other nations they will cease to do business with them and their "de facto dictatorship" under Putin is basically just a way of telling the world that you can't trust Russia at all no matter what so companies are not really going there to build new places, hell China is the biggest dictatorship in the world yet people still build factories there, but not in Russia.

So, basically all of these currency problems are because Russia loves to intervene with other peoples business and always be shady and not trustworthy, that is why their currency never gets accepted globally, it is only viable in Russia and that is why it never worths anything.

Russia’s economy has always been dependent on the price of crude oil and natural gas, as commodities account for a significant portion of the economy. In 2013, exports of crude oil and related products accounted for more than two-thirds of the country’s total exports and more than half of the government’s total revenue, meaning that lower prices could have a huge impact on the economy.
In 2014, crude oil prices fell by around 50 percent due to lower demand in Europe, Russia’s key market, and increased production in the United States. However, the biggest catalyst behind Russia’s problems was probably when the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) indicated that it would not cut its production to boost prices in late 2014. While the organization eventually cut production, crude oil prices still haven't recovered to their highs.
Crude oil prices are likely to remain depressed for the foreseeable future. OPEC compliance is less than 50 percent by many accounts if you exclude Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, who cannot be responsible for maintaining cuts on their own. U.S. shale production has proven to be flexible in response to falling crude oil prices, as production levels have continued to recover in 2018.

Not only the Russian currency experienced a decline in value, most currencies of other countries have experienced the same thing. Maybe this is
the result of the global economic crisis that has occurred, so several countries have printed money. And the impact on the decline in the country's
currency. Then regarding the sanctions given by the United States and Europe, it has had an impact on Russia. But Russia is not a weak country,
since the world war they are used to getting pressure from other countries. So I am sure the Russian economy will soon revive and the Russian
currency will also rise in value again.

Problems for the Russian Ruble started in 2014, with the collapse in crude oil prices. Crude was trading above $100 per barrel, and suddenly it went down to $40 per barrel. Considering that the production cost of crude oil is around $30 per barrel, the profits declined by almost 80%-90%. On top of that, Russia faced tough sanctions from the US, after the merging of Crimea. China may still accept RUR, because their own currency (CNY) is perhaps the most manipulated national currency in the world.

The Russian ruble falls naturally. The Putin regime is actually pursuing a hostile aggressive policy towards its neighbors and on the world stage, and to cover up these actions, they have invented hybrid wars and private armies, which are actually led from the Kremlin. An anti-popular domestic policy is also being pursued, in which political competitors are physically eliminated, peaceful demonstrations are prohibited and all those who disagree are imprisoned. We can see this even on the example of the law on digital assets adopted in Russia. In which state, with the regulation of cryptocurrency, it is possible to store cryptocurrency, but in fact it cannot be disposed of. Of course, Russia's position in the international arena will decline.
In addition, the ruble has always been held at the expense of the oil and gas export. Now Europe and many other states are gradually abandoning these resources and switching to environmentally friendly energy-saving technologies. Therefore, oil, gasoline and gas will become cheaper, and the ruble will fall.

It is a fact that the Russian economy was too much dependent on the crude oil price but with the price falling and the restriction imposed upon them i am sure they will find it difficult to overcome the crisis, i am not aware of the problems they are facing or how their economy is right now but i cannot understand what OP is referring with China boosting their economy.

Agreed. Sanctions have forced russia to rely on china and banks to conduct its normal business.

Quote

Russia's policy and stance has shifted significantly since sanctions were imposed. Its policies lean heavily in favor of china and banks as a result. Example russia's media used to be fiercely independent. After sanctions were imposed on russia, media outlets like RT (russian times) shifted to publishing more "woke" talking points.

The value of any currency depend mostly on its foreign reserves, economy condition and also the loans. If any country want to uplift its currency so it have to uplift these three things.

Yeah, we cannot overlook sanctions made by foreign countries. It plays a huge role in the process. However, Russia moves 2 steps forward and 1 step backward about cryptocurrencies. As others said the economy is highly dependent on natural resources exports, future of the ruble is very obscure. Only the political moves can appreciate ruble.

The economy of Russia and its ruble now strongly depends also on the foreign policy pursued. Now, in this regard, Putin's policy in the international arena resembles a mavpu with a grenade. Everybody is threatened and therefore international partners are leaving Russia more and more, and there is no need to talk about investments in this country. The situation will improve only with the change of the ruling regime.
Russia's main profit came from the export of crude oil and gas, and now many states have embarked on a course of phasing them out and replacing them with environmentally friendly renewable energy sources. Therefore, the Russian ruble will continue to fall.

Russia is very difficult country to understand even its rich in natural resources but sadly internal politics and geography never helps this country in positive way now Putin policies are also killing in many ways only China is going with them but they are not adopting many things from them for better future ways because now just depending on Oil, Gas and natural resources is not going to help them they must adopt new technologies and better ways for improving life ways and give some soft policies in many fields and industries can also improve life style.

I can`t agree with this idea, I think Russia`s economy is rather strong, as they feel good even with all those sanctions they got from the US and EU.

Resource economy mixed with sanctions and technological degradation = the rebirth of a once competitive country into a militarized, embittered third world country, with a totalitarian regime, they are not able to really rule the country ... No need to compare a beautiful picture from a financial center in Moscow or St. Petersburg with life in Rostov, Syzran or Kaliningrad! According to official statistics (imagine how much in reality!?) 30% live below the poverty line. The incomes of the population are falling rapidly, the population is taking huge consumer loans, and its solvency is falling rapidly. Businesses stop, unemployment rises. After the imposition of sanctions,% of the presence in the EU gas market is reduced, entire sectors of the economy are falling apart, regions are dying out ... Mortality exceeds the birth rate, and the "indicators" of the population are still held up by a large flow of migrants. The prospects are even worse, they will soon have to be responsible for state terrorism (MH-17), crimes against Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine, Syria, .... Therefore, the currency of such a state has no prospects.

All this is true, but the reason is not sanctions that were imposed in 2014. Even without the sanctions, Russian economy would have been in ruins right now. Back in 2014, they were overly dependent on the export of oil and natural gas. The price of these commodities declined by more than 50% in 2014, and on top of that the Russian monopoly in the most profitable market came under threat from American LNG and piped natural gas from Azerbaijan. They should have diversified away from the oil-based economy when the crude prices were above $100 per barrel. But the regime never bothered about that and as a result they are suffering now.

Well, it's normal as Russia is under sanctions for years. Now the other countries will use the Navalny case to impose even stricter sanctions and the situation, at least the RUB exchange rates, will worsen.

Western countries must always have 'big enemies'; otherwise, they will justify the trillions for weapons even in a pandemic.

It's hard to disagree, it's just that the sanctions became a catalyst for this process. As if the Russian media did not "trumpet" about the successes and achievements - and before the introduction of sanctions, the economy degraded. In fact, most of the pillars of today's Russian economy are the remnants of the USSR, which were slightly modernized during the time of high oil prices. But oligarchization, in fact, the embezzlement of the country's income by a small group of Putin's henchmen, and a disregard for the work on the development of the economy and technology, has led to the fact that we see the country rapidly sliding downward, becoming in fact a raw materials appendage for other countries. And if we talk about foreign policy, then the prospects here are even worse - self-isolation, the status of a world terrorist, support for totalitarian and criminal regimes, financing of gangs - this also does not benefit the Russian Federation. The Kremlin regime has committed so many crimes that normalization of relations with the whole world is possible only through total responsibility to the victims of this regime, and most likely strict control and restrictions on the development of weapons, including nuclear, chemical and bacteriological.

I can`t agree with this idea, I think Russia`s economy is rather strong, as they feel good even with all those sanctions they got from the US and EU.
Nope, Russian Ruble is slowly inflating. The corruption in Putin's administration is the reason for that problem. The reason that they only get by is because they are a nuclear super power. Not to mention that Russia is weapons dealer too, they also have connections to oil barons in the Middle East and China's trade relations with them is what is keeping them alive, not to mention the cyber attacks conducted by their hackers are generating money for their country too. It only looks strong because people can't outright complain about something because they knew that Putin crushes everyone that tries to expose his propaganda campaign, if you believe otherwise, then how come he wants Navalny and many other Putin administration opposition arrested.

What is your opinion based on? I've never heard that Russians use USDT for their deals.
I'm not saying that the ruble is all right. It's inflating like most fiat money.

But in Russia Everybody who knows that ruble is highy inflated and all most worthless they all ready use thether cryptocurrency.

Some of them found a way! Great!

In the end it doesn't matter where is someone from, people from many countries are in the similar (the same, or the worst) situation! But some people found an alternative and way to protect themselves!
Russian currency is not down as Venezuelan currency is... for example! So I feel with all this people, my country is in the same fucking shit for years... I found Bitcoin and my peace, as I hope many others will!
We need changes "yesterday", for the sake of the entire world population and for all the inheritors that will come after us! I know that, but do you know that?

In Russia, there is a strong habit of denying reality and repeating many times, like a mantra, about its alleged greatness and wretchedness of all the rest, and especially the developed countries of the West. I was born when the USSR still existed, and I saw it all. At school I was told every day "the rotten west will soon collapse, who needs the US dollar or the Japanese yen, we are huge, and everyone wants our resources, but we will destroy everyone." And in reality, billions of rubles were invested in the military-industrial complex, and nothing for the people. The population was extremely poor, but everyone got used to endure and wait for the "collapse of imperialism." And then there was the war in Afghanistan and SANCTIONS. What is happening now in the Russian Federation is an accelerated scrolling of what happened before the collapse of the USSR.

PS. And Navalny has already been detained. The reason - "did not come to call the police" at the time when he was rescued in Charite from poisoning by Russian terrorists. Those. they knew that he was in a coma, in a hospital, in another country, but they sent him summons to come for interrogation ...

Not if they make oil shares with other countries.

All they have to do is sell a barrel of oil at nows cost price and once the price skyrockets from demand and econemy drying up, then they split the a % of the next barrel of oil rise.

So they get There money instantly but CIA will stop outlook rising the prices, so once countries run dry in 2 to 4 weeks time, the econemy will crash so oil prices will skyrocket.

It's that easy to fix the Russian $

Russian currency have big problems
The only Country is left is China who want to Deal with russian currency.

But in Russia Everybody who knows that ruble is highy inflated and all most worthless they all ready use thether cryptocurrency.
The Coming sanctions can only proof that currency is close to de valuation.
As the Russian natural resources was Main reason to buy ruble to buy and export to the west.

If China will not do any Exchange with rubles its sign that currency will be devalued.
How sure are you that the Chinese are the only ones that are ready to do business with Russia? Huh There are still other countries that are out there and ready to import from them. And as for their natural resources that you’re talking about, they are not the only country that worries about their natural resources running out, there are so many that worries about that same problem, but we can’t tell whether or not it’s going to happen.

But, I know for sure that they will have other means of income for the country, and don’t be surprised if China is the least in that list.

Russia is of interest to China as a resource appendage and a temporary "keeper" of the historical Chinese territories. For more than 10 years, the southeastern part of Russia has been actively assimilated by the Chinese population, millions of hectares of land have already been leased to China for a 49-99 year lease ... China has never been a "friend" of Russia, it has been and remains a silent neighbor who just does not always speak that "Russia is a criminal."

The major revenue of Russia is by exporting oil and gas but i am not sure about their current situation as there are sanctions imposed upon them and recently i have seen news reports that there is an uprising in Russia and people are protesting against the government because one of the opposition party member was arrested without any reason.
I would like to know the ground reality about their economy and how they are coping with the pandemic.

Ridiculous. There are Chinese migrants in East Russia, but they are vastly outnumbered by Muslim immigrants from countries such as Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan. Also, the Chinese birth rate as of now is much lower than that in Russia. Birth rate in China remains one of the lowest in the world. The real demographic danger for Russia comes from former Soviet Muslim republics and not from the Chinese. And regarding the territorial dispute, it was resolved 2004. The current boundary was accepted by China, after Russia ceded a few small riverine islands.

Okay let us analyze this in depth :

The price changed as much as 30% back in 2020 when the oil import and export requirements with Saudi Arabia were changed by the governments.
The Russian economy already collapsed back in the 2017 if I remember correctly therefore it was inevitable that the currency would change like a crypto.
If we compare the values from 26-28 January the price fell drastically.

Now what can Russia do ?
They can focus more on their own economy, be self sustainable till they can handle , don't think much about import export and check their oil prices for sure.
Change the strategies to tackle this and at the same time have better connections with other nations.

If you do trade in rubble it would be a hard time for sure but also a great opportunity to be honest.

The collapse of the Russian economy happened back in 2014 and not in 2017. That was when the oil prices went down to $40 per barrel from $110. On top of that, several sanctions were imposed on Russia as a result of the ongoing war in Ukraine. But rather than the sanctions, it was the collapse in oil/gas prices which created havoc inside Russia, as around 3/4th of the governmental revenues at that time came from this sector.

If you remember, during the late 1980s, Ronald Reagan with the help of OPEC flooded the oil markets with cheap crude, which created a lot of issues for the USSR (which had a oil based economy). Eventually, it resulted in the collapse of the USSR in 1992. Perhaps the Americans are trying the same strategy with Russia now.

Russia has very aggressive politics. Despite a huge territory, a great potential in all spheres and quite good economical level they always get in shooting wars. Syria, Chechnia, Ukraine, Dagestan. Sure these influence on good attitude towards Russia.
It is also worth mentioning that Putin and his administration is a very corrupt administration, and I understood the aggressiveness of their politics, Russia lost a lot of land after the collapse of USSR, in which Putin believes to be Russia's greatest loss, geopolitics is a real pain in the ass in my opinion. Another reason for the inflation of ruble is the big drop in oil prices after breaking the agreement with Saudi Arabia in limiting the production.

The question is whether the Chinese government will accept this approach. The establishment of a cryptocurrency trading center on the Sino-Russian border undoubtedly gives China's domestic criminals a way to profit from cryptocurrency, which is obviously not allowed by the Chinese government.

Russia may issue the official digital encryption currency CryptoRuble. In the past few months, the outside world has been speculating about Russia's attitude towards cryptocurrency. Although to some extent, this shows the Russian government's acceptance of cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum, but unlike these cryptocurrencies, CpyptoRuble is unlikely to be a truly decentralized cryptocurrency.

I believe there was a pact with some Middle East country to limit the production of oil to curtail the slump of oil prices. I don't think that sanctions or product embargo are the solution for the problem in Russia, the only one that is going to be affected by this so called solutions are the people of Russia, the oligarchs and the administrations will not even feel the impact. I don't think that oil and gas is the only source for budget because Russia does not have a free airspace which means that any passing planes in Russian aerospace already payed a toll to not get shot down, if they open this airspace to more airline companies in Europe, I think that their source for budget will be filled more than ever.

Thank you - laughed! Smiley
Perhaps someone told you such a story ... but there is one caveat - I myself come from those lands and I have relatives living there in different cities ...
And now about reality - visit Khabarovsk and Novosibirsk, Tynda and Abakan, the same Chita and the surrounding areas - there you will be surprised by the presence of a huge number of citizens with typical features of indigenous peoples ... But they speak CHINESE and they are Chinese Smiley! In those areas, local women prefer and marry Chinese, and a Chinese couple arriving to "work" in the Russian Federation, six months later, transports their entire family there. Felling of hundreds of thousands of hectares of taiga is carried out by Chinese loggers, for Chinese companies! Thousands of hectares of agricultural land are given to Chinese farmers for a period of 49 to 99 years! This is called "special zones" where the legislation of the Russian Federation does not even work!
And the expansion of Muslims is the Caucasus region, the south of Russia, the central regions, the Krasnodar Territory and Moscow - these are their territories!
PS Type in Google the query "Blagoveshchensk video Chinese" - a city in the Russian Federation which has become almost Chinese in 10 years Smiley

Well.. personally I have never travelled to Siberia, so I can't confirm any of this. It is true that Chinese agricultural enterprises have leased out large land tracts in that part of the world. But the overall numbers are not large, as reflected in the official statistics. As per most estimate, there are less than half a million Chinese immigrants in Russia, accounting for less than 1/300th of the population. On the other hand, the official stats itself claim that there are 10 million or more Muslim immigrants from countries such as Azerbaijan and Tajikistan living in Russia, with heavy concentrations in Western part of Siberia (Yugra and Yamalo Nenets especially).

BTW, just noticed that you claimed once that you live in Ukraine.

In my country (Ukraine) prices for vegetables and basic foodstuffs have increased. At the same time, meat (beef, pork, lamb, chicken, turkey, ...) and fish (salmon, trout, salmon, and local fish) almost did not change in price.

I would say one of the main reasons is the fact that Russia does things that upsets other nations, all those Putin and his rivals type of discussions are not just a "accepted fate" in other nations, they do not have to accept it, they could just dislike what is going on and move to other nations. That could be oil, that could be anything Russia produces, which means there will be less and less things bought from Russia, and Russia would keep buying stuff from around the world, you think they do not use facebook? not google things? not buy macbooks? not deal with any American companies? That is just USA, they are still dealing with every nation, whereas other nations work less with them.

So, Russia will have a bigger and bigger and bigger economical problem as long as they keep upsetting the world and making them not work with Russia due to their hate for Russia.

Russia's enemies actively downplay them, that's why things like devaluation of the Ruble happens. It is quite justified too since Russia does things that are a bit upsetting, but so far in the past few years they have gone a bit more calm than decades ago where they show how mighty and willing to war they are.
I would say one of the main reasons is the fact that Russia does things that upsets other nations, all those Putin and his rivals type of discussions are not just a "accepted fate" in other nations, they do not have to accept it, they could just dislike what is going on and move to other nations. This is true. Putin would've already caught wind of this and that's why they're not as aggressive and arrogant they are now as compared in the past. They wanna make sure they win back international favors, so they have to act a bit more pleasing.

CryptoFiat emitted by central banks will be completely useless to combat inflation, as they will be printed at will just like regular fiat. Oil based crypto might make a little bit more sense, but in any case you have to trust the government to not print like mad, I don't know who would be crazy enough to trust the Russian government with that.

You must understand right away - the Russian official statistics, to put it mildly ... is far from reality, and more and more a means of propaganda. Judging by it, the whole world, and especially the United States, envies Russia Smiley
But okay, back to the point - first of all YOU are talking about the official figures. Let's also return to the statement that 10 million residents of Azerbaijan and Tajikistan live in the Russian Federation. Considering that in each of these countries, the total population is less than 10 million people, according to your data, it turns out that 50% of the population left for Russia? I have serious doubts. But the fact that Muslims are expanding their borders in the Russian Federation, or rather their presence, is a fact. Look at the photos from Moscow during the Islamic holiday Eid al-Adha - it looks like half of Moscow is Muslim Smiley
But back to the Chinese expansion of Russia. Read even the Russian media on the topic "экcпaнcия китaя в poccии" - open and translate the documents into your native language, and you will get a more real picture, and believe me, it will be very different from the official statistics ...
PS. Regarding me, yes, I live in Uraine, but I was born in Novosibirsk, and I have many relatives there, in different cities of Siberia, so no contradictions

After invading Ukraine back in late-February 2014, the United States and European Union imposed a number of financial sanctions that have made it difficult for Russian firms to borrow abroad. These sanctions were intensified after the country's alleged interference in the U.S. and European presidential elections in 2016 and 2017 and its military interventions in Ukraine and Syria. President Vladimir Putin has openly admitted that these economic sanctions are severely harming the economy. Over the long term, there are signs that these sanctions may be discouraging families from having more children, which could have devastating long-term effects.

Where did you get the information about the big problems with the Russian currency? You are given the information that they consider necessary so that you know. Russia has a strong leader, rich resources and huge potential. Therefore, no shocks are expected in the near future, and I know that many people there safely store money in their currency.

It's very simple - both your media and your statistics speak about it:
- inflation of the national currency
- multiple drop in budget revenues
- 0 stocks of many government funds
- increasing the retirement age and freezing pension savings
- Sanctions
- Reputational losses in world politics
- Reputation losses in many markets
- Technological and industrial degradation

Russian currency have big problems
The only Country is left is China who want to Deal with russian currency.

But in Russia Everybody who knows that ruble is highy inflated and all most worthless they all ready use thether cryptocurrency.
The Coming sanctions can only proof that currency is close to de valuation.
As the Russian natural resources was Main reason to buy ruble to buy and export to the west.

If China will not do any Exchange with rubles its sign that currency will be devalued.

I want to upset you, Russia is just against everything very well, but in other countries this cannot be said. What does it mean that nobody wants to buy anything for the ruble? Have you ever thought that the ruble does not have to be the currency for which external payments will be made, the ruble is needed primarily for economic growth within the country. As for external payment in general, everything is simple here, Russia sells goods for a dollar, and the dollar received inside the country is exchanged for a ruble, which makes it possible to get more rubles, and the ruble already received is invested in the development of its own country. Now count, it turns out that the more rubles are given per dollar, the more rubles (money) Russia has for internal use. For example, the United States prints tons of money for this, which already threatens hyper inflation.

They are currently facing some issues, but I have no doubt that Russia will be able to resolve them. They are among the world's best in certain sectors, such as defense technology and medical care. Take the case of their Sputnik V vaccine. According to Lancet, the phase III trials are showing an efficacy of 91.8%. Now compare this to the efficacy of 62% reported by the British vaccine (Oxford/AstraZeneca). The only thing that holds back Russia is the apparent corruption among the government circles, which results in massive emigration of qualified individuals to western nations.

Russia as a whole is relatively friendly to cryptocurrencies. In fact, Russian officials have established cryptocurrency exchanges overseas. And Russia has never lacked mathematics or technical geniuses in history. The most important thing is that the devaluation of the ruble has increased the value of cryptocurrencies.

Where did you get the information about the big problems with the Russian currency? You are given the information that they consider necessary so that you know. Russia has a strong leader, rich resources and huge potential. Therefore, no shocks are expected in the near future, and I know that many people there safely store money in their currency.

The Russian Rubble has been going down in value for quite some time already. It is probably due to sanctions from Western country, like with the new gas pipline to Europe which being sanctioned by the USA. While there is a lot of natural resources in Russia, it depends more how they are being sold, if it is withing the country or abroad. Also most resources being sold abroad have usually very long contract. So if the commodity prices are rising is not directly profiting the older trade agreements and it could be years until they are renegotiated.

It is been like this for 6 to 7 years. All started back in 2015 I guess (I remember making an economic report on this back then) when investors started to lose confidence in the market, had all their assets sold off and fears being spread about the economy causing the price of Ruble to sharply lose its value. And this has even since continued with no sign of recovery. It was last year where they have seen a huge drop against EUR and USD. If this keeps on continuing, they will have no other choice but to abandon their current currency and move into a more reliable system like crypto currencies.

If other states stop buying oil and gas from Russia, and buy an alternative in the Middle East or the United States, then Russia will have even more problems, since this country has no other sources to fill its budget, as well as to maintain the Russian ruble.
It will be difficult, because it was a pact between Russia and some Middle East Countries which means that there will be a limited supply of oil in the market that is ripe for buying and other states doesn't have a choice but to buy from Russia because Middle East does have the limited supply too. There are other resources that they can sell besides oil are metals, although oil is a big part of their exports I think with their land area, I think they still have a lot to offer, maybe they can sell more weapons to other countries which is not a good thing if we want to keep the peace for some countries and to prevent casualties of wars but the money that you can get from arms dealing is really something, that is why USA is doing it.

An old myth that has little under it Smiley I will clarify:
- at the moment, more or less qualitative - these are the remnants of technologies from the USSR.
- stories about "the best military technology" turned out to be a bluff. Examples? In Syria, Libya, Azerbaijan, "unparalleled, and capable of withstanding any kind of threat" C300, Pantsir M and similar solutions were EASILY destroyed by Israel and Turkey. They are simply did not use the C400 RF so as not to show the whole world its helplessness Smiley
- Regarding the vaccine - if you read the original, it says "Denis Logunov and colleagues1 report their interim results from a phase 3 trial of the Sputnik V COVID-19 vaccine in The Lancet." Let me explain - IN THE WORDS OF LOGUNOV! Don't confuse statements and facts! Smiley
_ "Brain drain" is a SYSTEM process in Russia. People with education and real knowledge show the Russian Federation as soon as possible and go to work in the USA, Germany, Japan, China, ... This led to the technological degradation of the Russian Federation, which became the reason that all "without analogue weapons and technology" are usually empty sound and propaganda.

~

I said countries "such as" Tajikistan and Azerbaijan. That also includes Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan.etc. These countries have a total population of around 80 million and out of that a large fraction resides in Russia. Out of the total population of Moscow (20-25 million), around 20% may be Muslim. The white ethnic groups are dying out all over the former USSR, including Ukraine and they are being replaced by Muslim migrants from Central Asia and the Caucasus.

When you base your nations whole power on oil and gas (basically energy) that is what you get eventually. Look at Saudi Arabia for example, the only reason they are rich is the oil they have, and they could sell it as cheap as it gets yet they will still be rich because they have so much of it, but they also realize that it can't go on like this forever so they play nice with every nation, they do whatever other nations ask, even though they are not even remotely in a war, they buy insane amount of guns and weapons and fighter jets etc etc from USA, basically they are acting friendly to get on their good side.

In return they can invest their money they make from oil to other stuff, they bought sooooo many companies all around the world, with that type of income they have from non-oil stuff, they will be still living a very comfortable life in the future.

Because in last one century no one try to establish some good way to use this all for development of common peoples and bright future of Russia mostly we have too many issues now after they are again in good shape but leadership doing corruption developing own assets enjoying elite life but not going for creating healthy environment for peoples its really big issue for them in last many decades.

Let it be as you think, but this does not contradict the fact of China's systemic expansion in the east of the Russian Federation!
Compare for one:
- the expansion of Muslims from the countries you indicated is mostly labor, i.e. they come and work in positions that are not prestigious among the residents of Russia.
- the expansion of the Chinese is systemic. They go to settle in the regions, have families, bring families, build a business, for them there are SPECIAL laws in the Russian Federation ...
Do you feel the difference? Russia is forced to flirt and play along with China, because it has no friends, and China is still pretending that it is not an enemy of Russia.

The global economic condition is not so good now. I heard that the ruble's depreciation was caused by a collapse in oil price. This pandemic situation causing many unpredictable situations on the world economy. I think it will be wise if Russian people to safe their wealth by invest in gold or bitcoin. Maybe about 10%-25% of their wealth is good enough.

I see thats why the vodka just drink vodka while crooks steal all from you ?

When a country drinks itself to death, there is hardly anything that can be done to rescue it from complete destruction. I have read that two decades back, more than 50% of the deaths resulted from alcohol or drug addiction. The situation has improved a lot nowadays, but not before an entire generation was wiped out. Between 1992 and 2011, there was a natural decline of 20 million among ethnic Russians and other related ethnic groups due to excess mortality (mostly from alcohol/drugs). That is one-sixth of the population vanished in just two decades.

A vacuum was created as a result of this massive population wastage and this was filled by Muslim and Chinese immigrants. The same pattern can be observed in Ukraine and Moldova, but not in Belarus (where president Lukashenko managed to prevent the entry of drug mafias from Azerbaijan).

The willingness to use cryptocurrency and the ability to use it are two completely different things. In Russia, there is a very bad attitude to cryptocurrencies and there are almost criminal sentences for it already (or soon will be). Believe me, ordinary people in the Russian Federation generally do not care about all these crypto-movements - they have much more important problems.

Russia at one time refused to cooperate with the IMF (International Monetary Fund).  Since 2014, sanctions have been imposed on Russia.  Therefore, Russia's ability to obtain foreign loans is limited.

This led to the fact that Russia's external debt is very small in comparison with the external debt of Western states.

Increasing purchases of gold bars was also a good idea for President Putin.  Currently, the gold and foreign exchange reserves of the Russian Federation are mainly represented by physical gold rather than dollar assets.

Oil prices fell sharply.  However, oil is a real asset.  Currently, oil prices are gradually recovering. Moreover, Russia is the world's main exporter of natural gas.

Thus, the Russian ruble is not in danger of depreciation.

Its value in dollars and euros will be relatively stable.

I think it is quite obvious that when a nation is managed so horribly it is going to have some troubles with the citizens as well, some nations have starvation, some nations have financial breakdown of middleclass and just have a lot of poor people, some nations even have obesity because cheap foods are high in calorie and that makes you fat.

I can talk about more things more common problems and so forth but basically when one nation is mismanaged it will always be mismanaged and will never change, Russia is not really exempt from that. There is really handful of nations with decent government and decent rules that creates not a bad way of life, but the reality is that we are talking about only few nations, all other nations are doing horribly, or at least horrible compared to what can be, it is all because there is not a single good politician in any nation in the world.

Normally I don't have a good opinion about politicians anywhere in the world. But those in Russia are the worst. They are essentially controlled by drug mafias and human traffickers. Corruption runs deep.. from the top most government official to the lowest ranked policeman. When people get fed up and turn against them, the riots occur (examples are 2006 riots in Kondopoga and 2011 riots in Sagra). In these cases, ordinary people rioted against Azeri and Chechen drug mafias (who enjoyed support from politicians and cops).

It all started in 1996, during the presidential elections. Boris Yeltsin and Zyuganov were the main competitors. Yeltsin had hardly any chance of winning the election, as during this term (1992-96) he had completely destroyed the Russian economy. When it was clear that he was going to lose miserably, Yeltsin requested help from the oligarchs and mafias. They helped Yeltsin to win the 1996 elections, but in return Yeltsin handed over control of the police force and bureaucracy to the mafia. What happened next is history. The mafias have plundered Russia ever since, destroying the lives of tens of millions of Russians.

How did you submit information one-sidedly. Let's in order, in fact, and about reality.
1. Gold. Yes, at some point, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation began purchasing gold. Whether it was an attempt to pump, or an attempt to "fix" stocks by converting rubles into currency (Russia prints dollars to his wife) and then into gold, it is difficult to say. This fact took place, that's right. But why did you forget about what happened next? Since the RF budget is "bursting at the seams," what have they done? That's right - they started selling gold. Quiet quiet! Here is information for you, check (links are very quickly) Smiley
- February 2020. "Russia sold the UK gold for a record $ 5 billion"
- July 2020 "Russia's gold export revenues exceeded gas revenues for the first time"
- November 2020 "The Bank of Russia is selling gold from its reserves for the first time in 13 years. According to the results of the third quarter, the Central Bank's gold reserves lost 1.2 tons, according to the data of the World Gold Council (WGC)."
Have you read it?
There was also a "unique" experience, once again "kill the dollar" Smiley Then the Central Bank of the Russian Federation transferred 15% of the reserves to the yuan ... As a result, the loss of $ 5 billion ...
This is "effective management of the financial system" Smiley

On oil and gas supplies: besides the global drop in oil prices, Russia has a more significant problem - the loss of markets! The EU is smoothly reducing the presence of Russian hydrocarbons. These supplies are ready to replace the USA, Norway, the Emirates and others with pleasure and at market prices. China is cutting Russian gas consumption and controlling Russian gas prices. All this leads to the degradation of the economy.
I recommend either to study the issue more fully (if you did not know), or to publish comprehensive information, because easy to spot "deliberate hiding of inconvenient facts" (if you tried to manipulate data)

Oil and gas are assets, but for how long ? A few years ago we were worrying about the dwindling supply of oil, now the idea is rather to let as much as possible in the ground.

This will take a long time, and oil will probably still be used 50 years from now, but if it's 10% of what is used now, it will not be good for Russia. And in fact it might not be Russian at all.

One thing the USSR was doing right is training lots of scientists and engineers, I don't know how it is now in Russia, but it should focus on that.

Oil is there best assets. It was their main export which contributes 220 Billion USD. Another one is exporting their precious metals, irons, steels and etc. I dont think that russia is having a problem with its currency when in fact its much more stable now than previous years.

If the economy is based on a single asset, it will always be vulnerable to price changes and drop in consumer demand. The EU nations have a policy of moving towards renewable sources of energy, so in the long term it is very likely that the import of Russian gas/oil to these countries will taper off. The Nord Stream 2 pipeline has cost more than $10 billion till now, and it is not known whether they will be even able to complete it's construction. The Asia-Pacific market was promising, but the Russian government ignored it during the early phases. And it always surprised me that being the largest country by surface area in the world, Russia had to import most of its food requirement. This is what focus on just one commodity can do to you.

Russia is really difficult country to understand with, but recently they are doing some better things which can bring some good changes because now few are understanding they cannot go with this all Oil and natural gas is surely their main assets, but now they have good changes in Agriculture this can give some better impact to all those want to check how they are doing good in different ways.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agriculture_in_Russia

There is a reason why agriculture is not much developed in Russia despite its huge surface area. Russia spans over 17 million square kilometers, but most of that area is unsuitable for agriculture. The most productive agricultural region is located in the south-western part, in the provinces of Krsnodar, Rostov and Stavropol. But recently this region has faced repeated droughts as a result of climate change. They are trying their luck in the meat industry, which is more suitable for the northern regions of Russia. From what I heard, there is some success, but it may take more than a decade to properly develop that sector.

The problem with the Russian ruble will continue to worsen. The world, and first of all Europe, has taken a course towards a gradual transition to renewable energy sources, and therefore the consumption of gas and oil will fall. In addition, Russia is now pursuing an extremely aggressive foreign policy, relying on strength and its military might. And this can only give a temporary effect, which ends in a dead end. Until Russia returns the seized territories of Ukraine, and Putin is not yet going to do this, the sanctions will only intensify and there may be a complete international ban on the purchase of Russian gas and oil. We are now seeing further depreciation of the ruble after Biden called Putin a murderer. This situation will only get worse.

If you think that sanctions will force Putin to cede the territories under Russian control, then you are mistaken. He can't do that, because if he concedes these demands then the strongman image that he has built over so many decades will be lost and his political career will be finished. And I am 100% sure that his successor will be even more aggressive when compared to Putin. Already names such as Ramzan Kadyrov and Seregey Shoigu are being talked about as potential successors to Putin.

Putin has built a popularity over decades, partly by eliminating all competition, succeeding him will be very difficult. A "stronger man" might lead to a revolution.

Russia is a great country but sadly never been managed as its need to be because mostly corrupt peoples take authorities and use this all for personal ego never for this country right now Putin is also doing as happened in the past, but few things are giving positive indicators if they are able to bring some better system then surely they can improve their structure, and surely they can take some good advantages over many countries.

Russia with Putengo(aka W. Pputin  Roll Eyes is a HARD, VERY HARD, VERY,VERY,VERY HARD COUNTRY !!!

Is a good news - all world talk now about Putango Palace, - YES, THIS MONEYS FROM GRANDMOTHERS AND GRANDFATHERS WHOT PUTANGO GET FROM THEM !!! YES - PUTANGO IS A DICTATOR, NOT SO STUPID LIKE AFRICAN DICTATORS, BUT HI IS REAL? REAL - REAL DICTATOR !!!!

Putin is germany so he dont care about russians
Germany rules the world
Also germany switxerland

All these people are there to make money and politics is only a game they play.

We all saw the palace that former Ukraine president built for himself. We also saw Putin's palace. They all have billions and shit in gold plated while their citizens live in poverty.

Russian currency has its own problems but the bigger problem is corruption.
Russia is a great country but sadly never been managed as its need to be because mostly corrupt peoples take authorities and use this all for personal ego never for this country right now Putin is also doing as happened in the past, but few things are giving positive indicators if they are able to bring some better system then surely they can improve their structure, and surely they can take some good advantages over many countries.
corruption that has happened before seems to have become a culture for now in the country. it does require a breakthrough in fixing it. I think Putin will keep trying to change the existing order. With the current development of crypto in this country, of course, it must be regulated so as not to harm the country, as we already know its nature

Corruption is a major national problem in Russia this is seen as a major obstacle to the overall development of the country. The country is suffering in many ways only due to corruption the government therefore wants to be tough against corruption in addition to the minister the Putin administration is not compromising on corruption, as evidenced by the imprisonment of politicians close to the center of power such as alexander khoroshavin the governor of shakhalin and nikita belikh the governor of kirov. Knowing the correct use of crypto can help them overcome currency problems.

Belikh and Khoroshavin may have fallen out with Putin and that is the reason why they are arrested. Putin's party (United Russia) is like a big criminal enterprise. They keep the Russian citizens fooled by playing the hyper-nationalism card. The other topics (such as poverty, unemployment.etc) gets sidelined when they keep this issue alive. Putin has flooded every nook and corner of Russia with Central Asian criminal migrants. The ordinary Russians are under threat of constant violence from these criminals.

Putin simply blackmails the entire civilized world with the use of military force and behaves like a mawpa with a grenade. He is leading a once strong country to impoverishment and disintegration of territory. Japan and China are already determined to start taking away from Russia the territories they consider to be theirs. Really,
if Putin can do it, then why not do it to others with the territory of Russia. The robber must be dealt with by his own methods. We will soon see the fall of this "strong" ruler.

In this recent article they talk about the galloping inflation in Russia for its worrying figures of 72RUB per dollar to 77 Rubles per dollar, in addition to that one of the most important items that is food has increased substantially to almost 12% compared to last year .

It could be said that in one year they have suffered an inflation of almost 5.8% since last year, to be more exact since May 2020.

According to the Economic Development Minister Maxim Reshetnikov:

Quote
“We understand that [it is impossible] to fight inflation, which is non-monetary in nature, with only one rate, because we talk a lot about the fact that this inflation by and large is imported from the world food markets… But if we go following this path, the price will be a reduction in investment lending in the economy.”

Source: https://www.trustnodes.com/2021/04/09/inflation-in-russia-getting-out-of-hand

Some managers of the Russian government say that this inflation rate is due to External inflation, producing Internal inflation, but it is a statement that in my case I understand little, for me, inflation is inflation, Putin may be thinking of a plan to lower this inflationary rate, meanwhile it is convenient for Russians to take Bitcoin into consideration.

As long as Putin is the leader of the country which tolerates and is opely corrupt, the problem in Russia will not stop and I don't think that he will be stepping anytime soon since we all know that any power hungry leader will not step down easily and there is no clear successor to him like Medvedev on which he is his puppet too.

Totally agree that Russian currency and economy is in a big danger. Recently Russian officials decided to get rid of dollars in Russian National Wealth Fund, which even increases risks associated with the currency.

Having unleashed wars of conquest with his neighbors for the annexation of their territory to the Russian Federation, Putin in the 21st century has led Russia to such a dead end that it is no longer possible to get out of it without heavy losses. These are not the Middle Ages, where everyone who felt stronger than their neighbor considered it their right to kill him and take his property. Now, albeit very ineffectively, there is a system of collective security and international sanctions. Therefore, Putin leads the country to complete isolation from the outside world.
Putin has already killed several tens of thousands of people on the territory of Ukraine with the hands of his military and continues to argue that, it turns out, these are fraternal peoples and they need to live together. I have never seen such impudence and such open cynicism.
Large inflation and significant difficulties in the financial system in Russia are still nonsense. This country with its current criminal leadership still faces real difficulties, up to the loss of a significant part of its territory and statehood.

You shouldn't think that it's about Putin ... Putin is just a projection of desires, an addict, the mentality of the population of Russia. Believe me - if he dies, is killed by his own "colleagues", or is overthrown by people - the next one who is not elected will be exactly the same usurper, thief, murderer, liar, denying logic, laws, principles and rules adopted in the modern developed and adequate world ... The thing is that everything that is listed above is considered almost heroism and greatness in Russia ... To understand, you need to go and live there, you will discover a lot of "amazing". And many things in their lives will simply go beyond logic for you!

How can you be so sure? Russian people have suffered enormously under both Boris Yeltsin and Vladimir Putin. It is not right to blame an entire community for their misfortune. I just hope that the next president will be someone who cares for the ordinary Russian. I have heard a lot of good things about Alexei Navalny. I have watched his interviews, and looks like he is just the type of guy Russia needs right now. Maybe one day they will have a fair election and someone who cares for them will be elected to the chair.

I have watched his interviews, and looks like he is just the type of guy Russia needs right now. Maybe one day they will have a fair election and someone who cares for them will be elected to the chair.

How ? It's very simple - I was born and lived there! Even when there was the USSR, this part was called the RSFSR. There I still have relatives, friends of my parents, and we regularly contact, and I see how there is a constant deformation of personality, values ...
And I, for example, did not suffer, because my family was lucky enough to move to live in Ukraine, and this is a completely different country, with completely different values, quality of life, mentality of the people ...

You really have no idea what kind of perverted mentality there is! Under Yeltsin, the Russians just got a window of opportunity, which they then boarded up with planks by the hands of Putin and his team. Now a system has been built there, based on a group of real criminals, both domestic and international. The people are just a resource to achieve their goals, or a consumable that no one cares about ...

Is Alexei Navalny a good guy? Let's ask a simple question - how do you think this "good guy" is against state Russian terrorism, imperial ambitions and violation of international laws with the subsequent seizure of foreign territories? The question is very simple, and it can only have 2 possible answers: "Yes", is Navalny an honest politician who respects international and universal human values, and "No" - is he the same terrorist as Putin, just speaks beautifully? Please - give your answer and explain it?

The fact that he was being hounded, and in an absolutely inhuman way, is not an indicator of his "normality", it is a "fight of rats in a bank" ...

Since the 80s or until now, Russia has always been a strongly developed country as well as the US, UK, France and China in terms of goods as well as resources and weapons. a country that makes China afraid, but if Russia's economy is not what it used to be, it will be a matter of great concern.

The Russian currency, the ruble weakened, the impact of geopolitical conditions and concerns over emerging market disruptions in risk assets.
The ruble lost 0.1% against the EU currency to 79.67/euro, remaining under pressure even though the central bank halted daily purchases of foreign currencies last week.
Considerable problems with geopolitical premiums and global sales of developing country currencies.
United States sanctions against Russia relating to the attack on a former Russian agent in the UK.
US senators are also preparing a bill that includes restrictions on investment in Russia's new sovereign debt and bans some state-run Russian banks from operating in the US.

You are a little confused. Russia received a huge, powerful legacy from the USSR. This includes industry, technology, finance, industrial facilities, oil / gas systems and much more, built by the forces of all 15 republics. This reserve allowed it to exist quite well, and plus the rise in oil prices in the early 00s, filled the budget with huge amounts. BUT. If you do not develop, sooner or later everything begins to degrade ... And Russia was no exception - all the old began to collapse, and they essentially did not create anything new. I already once wrote that having received trillions of dollars from oil and gas trading, they did not think of anything better how to steal most of it, and essentially eat up the remainder, but not invest in development, economy, technology. All "fabulous" technologies, in fact, turned out to be for the most part a lie, their implementation and even more so the application is under a huge question! NO and plus the status of "toxic country", "country of terrorist" also does not give them a reason to count on positive prospects

The government also wasted a large part of its tax money on unproductive deals. A perfect example is the purchase of TNK-BP, which was made for $55 billion. $40 billion was paid in cash and the remainder was paid in shares of Rosneft. BP received around $15 billion, while the remainder went to four oligarchs who were the promoters of TNK-BP. The company was later merged with Rosneft. The stupidity of this deal will be clear, when you notice that even after a decade the Rosneft market cap accounts for just $80 billion. There were many similar deals under Putin, in which Russian tax revenue was stolen and distributed among the oligarchs.

It's nice to communicate with a person who was able to understand the "multi-moves" of the Kremlin "players", and build a cause-and-effect relationship!
In fact, the simplified situation in Russia is the seizure of power by a criminal group based on law enforcement agencies (FSB, Ministry of Internal Affairs, SVR, etc.) that monopolized the management and ownership of all the resources of Russia, the purpose of which is to sell everything that is possible and withdraw capital to " safe haven "- EU / US / UK, etc. At the same time, for self-satisfaction, to preserve total, almost feudal power over the people, keeping them in systemic information profanation, and explaining all the troubles with "external enemies" and "world conspiracies against Russia."

Putin came to power in 1999 and at that time a lot of people in Russia thought that he would be better than Yeltsin. And he managed to fool the ordinary Russians, at least during the first 10-15 years of his reign. All this propaganda, such as global conspiracy against Russia and NATO bases in former USSR states was a diversionary tactic, to deviate attention from the massive theft of natural resources that was taking place in Russia. By now, people seems to have realized his intention. No more than 30%-35% turn up for the elections (which are rigged anyway). Most of those who can't emigrate seems to have resigned to their fate.

Since the 80s or until now, Russia has always been a strongly developed country as well as the US, UK, France and China in terms of goods as well as resources and weapons. a country that makes China afraid, but if Russia's economy is not what it used to be, it will be a matter of great concern.
In terms of weapons, maybe many countries make Russia and America as their mecca now, but in terms of the economy, of course, China still has a big enough influence on the world economy and in my opinion now China is the ruler of the world economic market and it will be very difficult for Russia and the  other countries in world  to compete, especially when there is often a trade war between Russia and America so that without realizing it China has taken advantage of this to be able to dominate the world economy today.

This is exactly what it is! The only caveat, you probably won't believe it, tk. it will not sound logical, but it is a fact - they go and vote for him. Those who walk. Those who do not go to vote, just say - why go if they "elect" Putin anyway, we believe in him, he "lifted Russia from its knees" legs, giving strength "). The majority of the population says - "and for whom to vote if not for Putin? All the rest are enemies of Russia!" This is of course nonsense, but on the other hand, this is an indicator of how well their propaganda works ...

So far, I see strong problems in Russia, including in terms of the exchange rate value of the ruble, and because of the aggressive international policy being pursued. Now the Russian government has seized and has been holding part of the territory of the neighboring state of Ukraine for the eighth year, which is why it has been subjected to unprecedented international sanctions. It is they, as well as the declining international authority of the Putin regime, that are putting this country on the brink of survival. At the same time, Putin's regime is constantly balancing on the brink of unleashing the Third World War with the entire civilized world. Who wants to deal with the unpredictable mawpa with a grenade? For now, it is better to bypass Putin with his falling ruble.
Moreover, Europe has taken a course towards a gradual reduction in the use of carbohydrate energy sources, and therefore Russia's natural reserves of oil, gas and coal will soon cease to be Russia's trump card. It would indeed be a disaster for her then.

Did you mean the liquidity of the cash flow? Russia is exporting most of its natural resources and weapons to regional countries, while imports are related to consumer goods and foodstuffs.
If in the future they can no longer sell weapons and export products from their own national resources, the economy of this country is very worrying.

yeah, country economic depend on export and import. if they have import, mean have big export to have impact, to balance what they have.
im not sure if people use crypto as escape way from this trouble, people still cash their crypto and survive in that situation. if this happen for a long time, there is no change will get in future, just keep survive for daily life, for own life.

With the natural gas/crude oil prices at all time high levels, I thought that the RUR would be in a much stronger position. What is going on now? I just checked the USD vs RUR exchange rate, and it is still stuck at 75-76 level. Why there is no improvement despite the massive revenue inflow? Once I used to think that Vladimir Putin was godsend gift for the people of Russia, to free from from the loot of Boris Yeltsin. But now I am realizing that Putin is even worse than Yeltsin. Feels bad for the ordinary Russians.

Russia only has the main asset for export, namely crude oil, but the price of crude oil is so bad that the country is in crisis, plus the value of the currency which is increasingly worthless makes the government out of control, because it does not have enough foreign exchange.

No one in Russia keeps their savings in rubles. Any first grader knows this - if you want to store your money, then rubles are not suitable for this. For this reason, nothing new is happening in the minds of Russians. They already know very well that the domestic currency is not reliable.

how do you know about this problem, is there an article that says this and can be used as a reference, this is the first time I know native citizens don't want to keep their own currency,

Rubble is already 10% down from its original prices and there is no coming back for this currency real soon. I don't know for sure but SWIFTS getting blocked and businesses running out of real money, the currency is going to suffer a lot in the future. Moreover war is not ended yet, its on going and war also costs money. At the current rate I am sure they are spending multi millions of dollar everyday and with inflation increasing for Russians this cost is actually higher than what it should be. So definitely things are in wring direction for them.

There are many problems regarding the Russian economy, especially the ruble that has fallen in value incredibly, this is due to the current sanctions that the USA and Europe have towards them, it is not a lie that all this tries to have a general suffocation for Russia , and I think that the problems will continue to come as they get stronger, buying dollars is something very hard, I think they have not been able to control inflation, people are making long queues to be able to withdraw their money and change it into dollars, I think that This is a true war on all levels, and this will explode into an imminent war if they don't stop.
