Do understand that bitcoin controls the market, it affects it with every moves it makes and none are certain to go in a particular direction although as of recent, every bitcoin decline in prices results to altcoins dumping hard. But that wasn't that scenario few months back that's why I stated, the reaction aren't certain but can be speculated on. In regards to your quest, I'll suggest you go for Binance coins. Cz and his clowns are manipulating the coins by creating unnecessary fomo in the market with their countless demand.

They constantly burn the supply (I think quarterly), you can stake BNB to farm other coins, recieve airdrops and also other benefits of holding BNB although the bad news is, it has to be done on their exchange (atleast to my best of knowledge). The BNB has been steadily raising irrespective of other tokens or the general market suffering some setback.

The volume is very high, I think it's the most search after coin on the platform. There are prediction of triple digits in the near future. Personally I'm not a fan of the coin although that doesn't means it won't be worth investing in as a result of the numerous features the mother platform (Binance exchange) is working on.

I just want to know if is there any good crypto currency on binance with a good trading volume and a stable change which means that that currency does not fluctuate too much and it is cheaper too like dogecoin? Also if that crypto recovers fast then it will be really a gold mine

IMO a stable coin is what which does not fluctuate much or remain stable in terms of profit, for example if a coin traded yesterday in 28 cents high, 20 cents low, then today it is trading in 26 cents high, 18 cents low which means that the profit is always stable, we don't need to be worried about that we will lose much if we lose any trade.

"Stable change" sounds like nonsense to me.Change is never stable.
If you are searching for an asset that "guarantees" predictable profits,then the cryptocurrency markets are NOT the right place for you.
If such stablecoin with predictable profits existed,all the traders would just buy this coin and leave all the other altcoins.The price of this coin go thru the roof and eventually collapse,because price growth on volatile markets is never stable.

Firstly, price fluctuate was the birth of all crypto and theres no crypto currency per say that can maintain a stable price trend but XRP seems to posed the features stated by the OP but you also need to understand need to understand the pitfall involve in your reauest cause it can also lure you into loss. However, XRP is a centralized coin.

I suggest trading the CEL pairs for making a stable trade without getting in the volatile market flows, there are other low volatile altcoins but I want to share the altcoins traded by myself. The stable volatility is essential for making a steady return but locking in the profit is more important than finding the perfect stable pair. Almost all altcoins have such huge fluctuations and you should avoid trading during the weekends or in the news announcements days.

Crypto market is really unpredictable. You can say this coin is stable today then after few weeks or a month it goes very high or drops very low.
Trust me, I've already bought a lot of coins and all of them are really volatile. You just have to know when is the right time to stop trading it if you want to avoid huge fluctuations.
Even the top 10 in conmarketcap is very volatile if you look at its price from the past years.

Lot's of post above is about general knowledge about fluctuations of coin which is not what OP asking for. You are telling OP basically a more complex answer while you can easily spot a coin worth of 20cent below with good trading volume and less change but constant like $KEY and $NPXS.

Trading volume moves the price up and down so its hard to see a cryptocurrency that is not volatile at all because this market is unpredictable and very unstable. Anytime the market can pump and dump, don't just look for the easy road for you to make money better to understand how the trend work and know how to ride with the waves. Good trading volume can make you more profitable, but I doubt to see that stable crypto especially right now where the market moves very volatile.

Your conditions are difficult because there are stable coins but they are not cheaper in value because a stable coin is usually meant to be trading neck and neck with USD market.

You are looking for sort of a cent stable coin whose value is low so I am not sure but I can suggest you some setting you can do in Binance to get an idea about these. Visit the trading page here for example: https://www.binance.com/en/trade/BTC_USDT?layout=basic (NOT a referral link)

Now add filter like the 24 hour change filter which will help you know which coin has changed the lowest in the chosen time period and then based on that you might want to trust a coin to hold it's value. This does not guarantee that the coin will remain stable if it was stable in past but that gives a rough idea about the coin movement and usually remains constant.

That is the dilemma here, if you want change you can get change, if you want stable you can get stable and that's about it, if you want both change and stable you can't get both of them at the same time since they are not the same thing. Obviously change can't be stable, it would be different and always changing so how could it be stable, but the stabilization could change, which is not what is wanted here, it could be stable and change and not be stable anymore, that could happen and happens constantly, like for example we were at around 10-11k range for 2+ months and it changed and now we are over 11k, that is change out of stabilization.

You should take a look over what you want from life, you could potentially get something that is totally realistic if you can actually find something like that which you can follow instead of unrealistic stuff like this.

Provide liquidity with your USD rather than just keeping it in USDT or any stable coin because you'll earn much better % in a stablecoin to stablecoin farming structure and it is a bit safer than going for DeFi tokens of which, no use case is available but just lending. I believe that BTC is the only coin that's stable, recovers fast and even gives higher returns but you only need to hold it for long time. Trust me, you can't grow wheat in a day, it takes months to be harvested.

Yes, there is. But I can't you give a specific list for that.

To sort this, do your homework by literally checking every coin's (those you considered as low price based on your criteria) performance. Pick a coin manually then check their weekly performance then so on. From there, you can now make a list.

Even for a top and busy exchange like Binance, there is surely a coin that won't move that much. Of course, expect that behavior won't last long. And I think the world "stable" isn't the right term for what you are looking for but rather just currently having a slow price action.

If there was any you wouldn't probably hear about it because it would be a very boring one. Because if a coin is too stable that means there is no trading platform for it and if there is no trading platform for it then the traders around the world wouldn't want to be a part of it, if they do not get involved that means volume would be low as well. That is why I believe all the great ones have a high volume and in order to have a high volume they have to attract the traders and in order to attract traders they need to have some volatility in order to make a profit, if a coin doesn't have too much trade there is no money to be made from it.

Look at bitcoin from august to end of September, there was no high volatility and the volume also went down as well at the same time.

As far as I know cryptocurrency is volatile even those stable coins, they also pump and dump so its hard to tell what’s the best for you not unless you know how to spot those profitable investment. If there’s a good trading volume expect the price to go up and down because there’s no such coin/token that always goes up, this is a volatile market.

You already got some tips which coins you could look at.
But I would be interested to know why you want to trade exactly these coins?

Are you interested in minimizing the risks that you fear for "traditional" coins due to their price fluctuation?
The coin from your example, which oscillates between 28 and 20 cents, I would call anything but stable. BTC, ETH and co do not manage a 20% fluctuation within one day.  

I believe he already got some suggestions from many guys. But I must say it is almost impossible to say which is stable and which will good trading volume. So have to manage your own strategy if it works, you will be benefited for sure. Building own strategy and having experience can help you a lot. But I would suggest you to go for ETH or BTC. Other altcoins will be risky in the current market.
