I don't check about RTP, volatility or hit ratio. I never know if that exists

I don't know why gambling can be complicated to understand because, as far as I played on the gambling games, I only know about how to play. I don't learn about specific strategies or used other people's strategies to win, and even I don't think too much about the thing you mention. Most people don't check the RTP and other things because they only want to play gambling, enjoy the time, and if they win, that is because they have luck. Nothing more.

Some say that if we think too serious about gambling, we will spend so much time getting what we want, but we might forget why we play gambling.

It's very interesting to see that players use different methods to win in gambling and online casinos. As for me I go for mainly two things :

1. Games that require a lot of skills eg: black jack
2. Games that have good outcome in terms of probability

But I do believe that using your methods one can very easily add another third in the list.

Yes , that's something very important too , but now a days I have seen casinos which are trying to evade the hit ratio and it's most likely luck by chance when you hit something high.

My favorite ones at the moment are the live casino games, I pay less attention to the live RTP since you could easily bring down the RTP with one wrong move if you're at the last seat of the table. My options are limited for slots but I always go for the ones with higher RTPs in the last 24 hours since I play with the 10-20 free spins rewards. The multipliers are low but I hit at least 40-50% of the time which I don't mind since they're free anyway.

Past hit ratio has minimal impact on the probability and shouldn't be used by player in the strategy. With 20% hit ratio, 11th bet will still have 20% winning probability no matter if you won or lost the previous 10 bets. Rather than deciding the wagering amount by comparing the percentage of historical wins with the hit ratio, it is better to choose 'wagering amount' based on how much you won/lost in last 10 bets. It is smart to increment bet with every 'n' amount lost and decrement with every 'w' amount won.

Briefly speaking, your bet size should depend upon the amount you won or lost so far rather than the number of bets you won or lost.

If you play just to win money, you shouldn't really play because the more you play, the more likely you are to lose money (I mean the total amount of money bet - the total amount won).

If you play for entertainment, a difference of 1% in RTP is not relevant. You may like the software of a casino that has a lower RTP, for example, and the small difference in money you will lose in the long run is not as important as the better experience that casino provides.

Yep, it's for superstitious slots players anyway. But the matter of "should" or "shouldn't be used" is relative. Information including hit ratio and hot/cold state is one of the FUN aspects of the game. Depending on your view about gambling, is it for fun or profit. If it's for profit, you might be better off doing something else (e.g., real work or investment) as no strategy will work in chance games.

Thanks for useful information! Even though RTP will not tell a particular player how their loss or win streak will turn out (obviously), it's a useful parameter to assess before trying out a game and deciding the bet amount.
I'm wondering whether anyone introduced a probability built-in calculation for poker. In poker, it's important to assess how lucky you are to have a particular combination and what are the chances that someone has a better one. I guess it could be a useful innovation if a player could see these odds while playing. But maybe it's hard to implement.
