Are you sure about the technologies could be the reason for altcoin to touch a high price? the technology that already used by litecoin can be categorized as an outdated tech. It's caused it can only process small amounts of TPS.
It's still nothing compared with the new platforms that being introduced to the crypto market since 2018.
There are so many platforms that improved its tech.
