This match seems to me to be the most important match of the season. The team that wins the match will reach the top of the points table. 68 minutes of the match has end. Galatasaray is leading by 1-0. Fenerbahce is not being able to make any good attacks. It looks like Galatsaray will win today's match.

VAR application was checked and the goal was canceled.  however, I believe it is a controversial position.  The score of this match should have been 1-1.  After this time, the decision and score will not change.  Galatasaray is the leader now.  If the cradle doesn't win tomorrow, they will close the leader this week.

Galatasaray have broken the spell and finally defeated Fenerbahce in Kadikoy 3-1 on the second month of last year. But this time, I don't think that we will see the same thing happening. In my opinion, Fenerbahce won't lose. A draw seems probable.

But in the second half, things changed with the goal Galatasaray scored. Fenerbahce managed to react and scored a goal but it was cancelled by VAR because of an offside. Galatasaray continue to surprise me. They defeated Fenerbahce in Ulker Stadium in the last 2 head-to-heads.

Muslera was really awesome in this game. I liked especially the save he made on Ozan Tufan's marvelous shot. For this reason, I think he was the man of the match. Galatasaray got a really huge win. This is Turkish Super League 2020/21 season discussion thread.

This year 21 teams play in Super League because federation decided to keep all teams from last year, no relegation and 3 promotions. Every week 1 team rest and 20 games are played.
End of the season 4 teams will be relegated instead of 3 as normal.

Galtasaray is having their best performance on their past few games because they manage to make a winstreak with a standing of 15 wins, 3 draws and 5 loses and a total points of 48. I am having a good foresaw to Galtasaray but they cannot let their guard down because there are still a lot of teams that is still fighting and might take advantage when they manage to let their guard down and one of these team is Fenerbahçe that also has a exact standing and total points taken as Galtasaray but they didn't manage to have a good game on their past 5 games because they only manage to get 3 winstreak because they got a draw game on their last game. It means that the Galtasaray keeps getting stronger while they are having a problem getting any improvements.

I appreciate Besiktas' performance against Konyaspor today even though they played with 10 players for more than 70 minutes. Besiktas were really determined and took a deserved 1-0 victory with the goal of Rosier in the 81st minute. Galatasaray seem that they are still the leader but Fenerbahce, Besiktas and them all have 48 points now. I really enjoy this competition this season.

People who argue that the goal wasn't offside need to realize that the technology available is not just switched to whatever you want suddenly, definitely not that quickly neither, this is not hand drawen thing we are talking about here, it is a technology that uses all the image and draws a line based on the image given, you put the picture in and the only part you can fake is the moment ball gets out of someone's feet but you guys are supporting the idea that Ozan Tufan isn't further ahead and not arguing that the ball isn't out or is already out or anything about that part.

So long story short, if you want to argue about something, you are arguing about a tech and not a person, it wasn't some guy that decided that goal was offside, it was the "machine" basically that said it. I do not get why would people argue for days about things that are already done and over with.

He gave signals of resign today. I think he will probably resign this week. I don't expect Konyaspor to relegate though, they will finish the league in 12-16th place.
They are not playing good lately but there are worse teams than them.

Besiktas were the favorites to win it but going down 1-man early in a clash like that changes everything. I was expecting Konyaspor to take advantage of the red card and maybe get the win or at the very least, a draw but they just couldn't get the goals. When I went back to check the results, I was surprised to see Beşiktaş won it. Pretty impressive especially for a 10-man team.

Thanks to the win, Besiktas, Fenerbahce, and Galatasaray are now on par with each other - 48 points each team. Happy to see such competitive football in the super lig this season.
