I can test dualminers, Nano Furry IIs, and Antminer U2s

That is good to hear, look forward to hearing the results once these babies are out in the wild Smiley

Payment just made via Paypal with CAD$ as per PM details.  Hope to hear from you soon!

Thanks payment received. Will PM you soon.

I wish you made it a bit spacious between the slots.
Current Antminer U2 has humongous heatsink and the regular 49 port USB hub doesn't have enough space.
I'm not sure about yours. If yours is spacious for multiple U2 it will be a winner.

EDIT: Oh wait, you are going to test it with 200 bifury.
If im not mistaken they're using the same humongous heatsink as the U2.
Can't wait to see how it goes.

Felipeo says there should be enough space between the usb slots to fill her up with bi-fury usbs  Grin
The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

I tested the hub with my last 4 gridseed miners that i had lying around house...works perfectly fine. Used bfgminer and set the frequency to 850
They were all hashing away stably at 360kh/s.

Ok, all orders have been sent and tracking info provided.

Felipeo has agreed to test my hub with his bi-fury usb miners and then post some pictures here.  Grin

Yes, I just waiting for my hub arrive and then I will test it just like klintay post Smiley

When this hub will be able to run 49 Bi•Fury on full power it will be able to run all of this standard A/V usb miners Wink

I am philipma1957  This pc   can't access that account.

not trying to attack or diss the thread as I have 3 of klintay's 19 port hubs.

If this is using the 24 pin plug's 5 volt to power the sticks you will not do more then 35-42 sticks on almost every single atx psu.   Most modern  atx psu's are 20 to 25 amp at the 5 volt level.

Now I do not know that  since I have not examined one but I do know that the older 49 port hubs from fried cat   had many other issues (bad fuses)

40 amp fuse melted .

And friedcat was wrond to put in 40 amp fuses since almost atx psu will supply more then 30amps at 5 volts.

Older ones do .  2011 on and forget it.    I will go back to my other pc.  the wife is done using it.

These are good hubs. I had one running 49 ant miner U1 around a bit over a month ago. Possibly different manufacturer but it looks exactly the same from what I can see. One of the capacitors popped on my one after about a week if none stop mining.

Here is a video of my one.
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=LURaT9i8ttI

The video doesn't show the hub very well as it was filmed to show all the devices working. They are all running of a raspberry pi with the power wire in the USB cable cut to prevent back feeding.

Message me if you have any problems

klintay, has stated these boards are made by DIPO if so I would think all that is covered, (12v-5v source used and filtered/converted.)

Dunno. I have all Corsair 950tx and up left over from game dev, they have plenty juice single 25/30a 5v rail TX/HX type. 60/80a 12v rail.

Still if this USB board uses 5v off the ATX, for me that is better, as then I can use the 4/6/8 PCIE cables coming off them to run 12v ANT S1's later on.

So I am asking does this hub have its own power regulation ? If so what does it pull 5v or 12v or both ?

Maybe hubs could start using 3.3v rail as those seem to be unused for asic mining.

Nice to have so many miners Smiley A little dark, shows the activity well.
Looks to me to be close or same hub, but the devil is in the details, One manufacture uses cheap assembly parts, another uses bulletproof overdesigned expensive parts.
El cheapo wins on volume & $, good stuff builds rep, and stands the test of time... But you only sell one a lifetime per person Smiley

my uncle went bust selling pianos and hammond organs as they don't break and repeat business kind of was non exsistent.

Back to this hub.  I think it would run all 49 ports if you did the girdseeds as the gridseeds are powered and do not need the usb for juice.

I had 11 friedcat hubs  I found I had to swap the 40 amp fuse for a 30 amp.  I found I had 1 atx that ran around 45 sticks with no issues.  I ran ant miner u1's and last summer AM sticks.

I could not run very many of the nano ice fury sticks so I purchased the 19 port ones from klintay.  I like them and have 3 of them.  I am interested to see if these will be as good as the 19 port ones.

I will wait to see peoples tests.

found a good psu for these hubs

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=125449

I had a 650 watter  same make and model it ran 46 asic miner sticks  on a friedcat 49 port hub.

one of these should run 40 sticks no issues this is a quality psu

I found the link here

http://forums.anandtech.com/showthread.php?t=2375729

if you buy through this link I think they get a referral fee

The more i look at this hub i think it is the perfect hub for a big gridseed farm

I use this hub for my 15 piece  gridseed farm

but I think the one above would be better.

Before we start handing out accolades for quality
Can I clarify something  once and for all, the 19 PORT DIPO hubs that were 'sold' were actually from a batch that was TESTED, Inspected  and REWORKED by ME!!

No it does not, I am 'intimate' with the design of this hub.

really now? that is the first i have ever heard of this... anyway I think I will let the product speak for itself. I have sent some samples to Felipeo and he will be posting a review. Everyone knows that bi-furies use a lot of juice so lets see how they handle his miners

Looks interesting, but I'm curious about the instructions on the label - what would happen in the event that the host PC was not shut down before the hub was powered off? Say in the event of a blackout? What happens if you turn on the hub before the PC, or turn it on without it being plugged in? What happens if you just leave it plugged in and switched on without being used? Can you share the testing process for the hubs?

Also, I'm a bit confused - does Razorfishsl have any involvement in this sale?

Edit: +1 for answers to the following:

So I am asking does this hub have its own power regulation ? If so what does it pull 5v or 12v or both ?

I hope that the new hub uses more then the atx's 5v rail.

nope nothing at all...just some old partner who has a case of sour grapes

My understanding is that it does not have its own power regulation  Shocked

Posting pictures of the inside now! Take a Look:

Turning the hub on before the PC could possibly create a power surge that MIGHT damage the usb ports on your PC and/or your motherboard, etc.
Turning it off before the PC has turned off might make Windows think the COM ports are still occupied. Then when you go to turn it on again it can't find your miners or your COM ports get maxed out because of COM port controller limitations.

On that note, here is a handy trick to clear your COM ports in Windows:

1. Click start → Run → type regedit and click OK button
2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\COM Name Arbiter
3. Now on the right panel, you can see the key ComDB. Right-click it and click modify
4. In value Data section select all and delete reset to Zero (0)
5. Its 32 bytes with 8 bits in each byte. A set bit makes a port number (1...256) reserved.
6. Close Registry editor and then restart your computer. all COM ports are now Free, you may need to reinstall any winUSB drivers, usb to serial converter, drivers.

okay looks to have better caps then the am 49 port machine.   I can tell you it has better filters for the 5v line and I can see it only uses the 5v from the psu.

what does that mean?   almost no modern psu will drive  all 49 ports long term.  but 40 to 44 can be done pretty easy

can you show a side view of the caps that feed each usb port.

and can you show a side view of the caps that filter the input volts.

I would like to see the  make and model of them.

still these are much better constructed then the  49 port hubs from am.

I am getting 2 of these  nano sticks this week.

http://moonlightminer.com/

I will test them on my 19 port dipo.  I hope to use these with freq 54 and clock to 5gh.

since these are wide you can only fit 24 on this 49 port hub from klintay.

but I really think this hub will run  gridseeds great I even think you could do all 49 ports.  since gridseeds are powered devices.

I just thought of a great way to use this hub 20-24 gridseed miners and 20 -24 2 chip nanofury /bifury usb sticks would be a perfect setup.

you could run 20 x 350kh = 7000kh in scypt  and 20 x 5gh = 100gh in btc all with this hub.

this would let you use most modern psu's since the gridseed is powered via 12v and if your sticks are too big use the tight spots for the gridseeds..

I have 15 gridseeds on line  using this hub

 http://www.ebay.com/itm/90W-power-20-port-USB2-0-HUB-USB-HUB-Industrial-grade-HUB-for-Bitcoin-mining-/251478255398?pt=US_USB_Cables_Hubs_Adapters&hash=item3a8d45a726

and I use 3 of the 19 port hubs. for usb sticks.

but if i was to get this I would mix the gridseeds and the usb sticks on this 49 port hub
