I don't see this as a good signs, but the most priority for now is packing up your holdings before anything good happens. Let's see to it the assurance will be done for our asset to fulfill, when the perfect time comes. Don't be too aggressive in every steps, and it should be initiated with proper plans and determination towards achieving every goals in order to obtain good results.

You're not being optimistic here.  But on my part, this is a good sign.
If more and more big companies will adopt crypto in their system, I believe we will increase the number of crypto users.
It will take time but if the services are already available, they will try it just like what the current news from PayPal.
PayPal users will be curious about it so at some point, they will try to explore their opportunities with crypto.
Even if they will not use PayPal for other crypto-related activities, still this platform will pave noncrypto users to be introduced in crypto.

if you look at the top 100 altcoins of coinmarketcap, almost see their prices increase with the price of bitcoin, I think this is the time for people to hold other altcoins that have the potential to keep up with bitcoin prices, because high bitcoin prices may not be profitable for small capital owners so one of them is to buy some other altcoin as an alternative when the bitcoin price goes up, not only the ETH price and it will probably happen with other altcoins

Of course, this is a very good sign, we keep altcoin and wait for results like 2017. Everything is ahead, the results may not be the same, we may make less profit but at least we won't missed the opportunity again.

this is what CoinMarketCapitalization says https://coinmarketcap.com/ Looks like we are now staying at $13,000 for Bitcoin and $410 for Ethereum in which i believe enough for us to understand that we are in good market movement.
and if this continue to go up then we are already In bullrun in which we are waiting for more than 2 years now.

Obviously a good sign for us. The price of bitcoin and ethereum will be growing some more days. I think this time bitcoin will hit at least $15k and ethereum will hit at least $500. We need to hold and buy more at this time.

But many say goodness will happen in 2021 will beat 2017. Is that true after the BTC halving as a benchmark?

That was because of paypal pump. On general nothing changed. Bitcoin will go up slow. Ethereum will do whatever will do until end of this year. But long term is overvalued. Sky for Bitcoin this year is maybe $16-17k

If you just looked into it and you only saw the rise, you probably haven't seen how good the progress of it until now from before a few months ago.

A rise for bitcoin always indicates that the market is shaping well. But there were times that you will see that it's only bitcoin rising then altcoins don't come along with bitcoin's rise. As an investor of BTC and ETH, I say that these really are the good times and about signs? I've been seeing them good even before this sudden rise we see.

For ETH the 2.0 platform will change everything sooner than we expect.  The expectations have changed the decision of market traders in the recent months.
