Recently scam OTC groups have been a lot be very careful about each group and make sure the group is real before you trade in it or use any of its escrow. if you see any new otc group which you see the first time there a big chance it's just an old scam group that changed the name.

Would anyone in their right mind use a totally unknown P2P, not OTC as they have a verifiable broker in the middle, option via a random messaging service? Guess so. If they do then I don't have any sympathy for them. We now have options wherever we look. This ain't 2011 any more.

OTC means over the counter and is only for those who want to buy bitcoin and cryto currencies in bulk and not from the exchanges. I don't know how these scam OTC groups can exist and scam people because whoever is willing to buy/sell crypto in large quantity he wont be dump to send his money to these scammers/ He will only deal after proper know how and investigations of being trusted.

Ive been into some OTC groups but never tried any of those yet. I think their modus is they have an inside man that will act as a mediator that will process some trades and suddenly will scam others showing there are some good deals. I like otc cause its benefit trader for cheaper price but if discovered a scam one that would be a messed up.

These groups should be reported via telegram. Once hit a good records they will marked it as scam or closed the group.

Can anyone confirm that ROCKWELL OTC is a scam on TELEGRAM?
Dealing with one seller and also Robert Foster who is the Co-founder.

Offering me a deal to buy 1000 coins of an IDO project for 1500 USD plus a 10 dollar fee (20 dollars split between buyer and seller)

Some still operate as some crypto project forbid OTC, for hot project ppl search for places to trade, as of now I seen dozen ppl being scammed for spacemesh trades, also some on

They have not even changed the name, I do not have details but many ppl reported issues

telegram is so bad place full of scammers I hate that platform
