Account VivGaming Banned. Mod Please Help

My Account VivGaming https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2867642 suddenly got banned. the reason showing in my account is Spamming or Plagiarism.
but all of my posts were original. on topic and created by myself.
I did not do any spamming or any plagiarism. I was banned without any warning. there must be some misunderstanding.


I request to the Mods to Help me solve my problem. Please unban my account.

Looks like a brand new account that got nuked of the 14 posts.

Your account posts got deleted which means that you are spamming the forum by creating new thread for a short period of time with copy/paste content from article. Do you have a photo of your previous post so that we can check if you are telling the truth. Most the newbie this days don't read forum rules before they post here. Mods will never unbanned the account unless you can provide a clear proof that your post was original by recovering all your previous post that got deleted.

Give him sometime, I am sure he will look into it.
I checked your deleted posts due to the nuking and i don't see anything that could warrant such a punishment to your profile. I hope the ban was just a mistake based on the evidence we have seen and it gets resolved.

The ban was a bit harsh if that was the case since I only saw him posting once in that section. That lone post was low value and can be considered as bumping old post as the topic was already 3 months old. Deleting it would have been more proper but I'm not a mod. I read they can interpret the rules their own way.

The rank of VivGaming could have been a factor too. I bet it would be deleted only if it was posted by a higher rank account.

Because here, banning is not the same as removing a post.

Just pointed out that he indeed makes spammy posts with no substantial content.

This itself should not result in a ban since this applies to more than 50% of all people here

Obviously i don't know how much time you have spent, this literally was the first post i clicked on.
The Mining section has a relatively low amount of new posts. A new user posting in the mining section often is a useless necro-bump. Therefore this was the post i checked first

There is just one way to restore your posts and threads , you have to write to theymos or to Cryus .
Pm them about the situation or write it in here , but guess it can take some time if they doing that.

Hopefully your Account dont get banned again and that this all has a good Result for your posting style on the forum .

he is probably a newbie. as far as I know, only newbies can be nuked but I am not sure if a newbie with merit can be nuked. but according to this post(quoted below)nuking is "only applicable to newbies when they break rules."

What I'm curious about is whether merits will be removed too to if an account is nuked. I only know that all posts are deleted.

In normal conditions, if a post has merit and it gets deleted, the merit is not deleted and it stays. I am not sure what happens when the account is nuked, but i think the merits should remain as per the above observation.

Meris are not removed once nuked. The only way they could be is if an admin manually removed them but that's probably a rarity.
