24-Mar-2014 - First public beta release.
torrent: http://www.mininova.org/tor/13268831

We have been selling mining contracts on eBay with some initial difficulties, and recent success.
During that time my wife and I needed a scheduling system. Changing each miner rig by hand was getting to be too much.

Then there was the consideration of expansion. Not just greater hash rates but more rigs to handle multiple contracts and even aggregation of rigs to offer high GHash rates.

The choice was made to go with MinePeon running on Rasberry Pi.
I found a seller who provided a pre-configured RPi with Minepeon installed.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/261393255746

After 4 weeks of customizing Minepeon and creating a centralize scheduling server that can handle aggregation of rigs and client pool assignment.

We are now running 3 Rigs and realized that there is no limit to the number of Rig nodes this could support.

My wife and her small team handle selling the contracts, customer support and scheduling, this is the real hard part. Ensuring the customer have a pleasant experience brings them back from more.

Back to the system we created. We now have a name for the system GHashForCash.com

This is just the beginning of the story......

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.
Advertised sites are not endorsed by the Bitcoin Forum. They may be unsafe, untrustworthy, or illegal in your jurisdiction.

I've been working with 808 for a few weeks now as he has been building the infrastructure to get this project going and I'm happy to have done a part in helping out.  He's been great at keeping me up to date on his progress and I'm happy to see everything coming together.

Congrats to 808 for getting this far.

Ummmm I know I don't post on here often, but 808 is a solid dude. He helped us get a patch for the Hex16c miner's to run off MinePeon. Probably doesnt mean much with as little activity as I have, but I'd vouch for him

While working with one mine owner, we used bfgminer's proxy capability to allow a Antminer S1 180 to work in the GHashForCash network. Love this little computer!
