Sometimes i am away from my laptop but using bitcointalk on my phone. Typing on the phone sometimes is not as easy as while you are on the laptop and type the posts. Is there any way by which i press the reply button, then i can speak and it gets type automatically in compose window and finally i press post button to get the post published ?

are you using an older model of smartphone? as far as I know, almost all smartphones already have this feature. I am currently using Xiaomi poco x3 smartphone and it has an audio to text feature. and yes it works here on the forum. your phone might also have this feature just check for a microphone Icon on your keypad then press it.

If you have an iPhone version 6 or newer, you can use the iPhone's built-in diction capabilities. The instructions can be found on this support article. It appears that android phones have similar capabilities.

My phone which is POCO X3 Pro has a mic on keyboard so you can use TTS(Text to Speech) feature whenever you want to use it. Maybe try to get a phone or a tablet so you can have more space for keyboard typing.

This speaking-to-writing feature as been on the android for as long as I can remember, since long time ago, the latest Android devices text speech is very more accurate without getting any of the spoken text wrongly. All the person needs to do is to press on the microphone symbol at the top right hand corner of the keep board, then speak as the Gboard will be writing exactly the words you are speaking.

As indicated by everyone here. you will have to use the android and google feature of Text to speech in order to write the posts as you speak them. You may feel a bit difficult in the beginning because often the google listens our words but interpret them wrong so we have to manually clear some mistakes too.
There is ofcourse no built in feature in bitcointalk for this as it is not required when your phone is best to do the job done.

Everything has been mentioned by those first poster and you only need a Mobile that has "Speech to Text" feature and that will help you out.
I have known this for long but i am not using because i love posting using my fingers for formal using of the forum.
and also to maintain my typing skills because i also use this in my work in real.

this is the reason why i dont use the voice function in my phone and it will take time because you need to pronounce slowly for the phone to recognize what your saying while its faster if you can type the words coming out from your head  .

That can be true before, but not true again, the Android version of the Gboard that I used in 2019 to 2020 were 95% accurate, but I updated my Android phone recently with 1.8 gigabyte space used which I believe it is a new Android OS possibly. A lot has being changed on Android with the dark mode used now. The Gboard is 100% accurate. Only characters are the ones not yet included except full stop, it will write even faster than you thought, and 100% accurate. Yet I am not from native English speaking country, but 100% accurate as you speak it writes exactly what you are speaking. Try to get the latest Android version and see it is different from 2015 or some past time.

Google keyboard does have the feature which can be found on the top right corner, but if its hard to complete the sentence using these feature because its made for simple search not to write paragraphs. And if your accent of English is also matter which makes it hard for the device to recognize.

I don't think this is working within most browsers, at least on chrome I didn't notice it yet. It might work if you use a separate App for Voice to Text function and then just copy paste into Bitcointalk. Or maybe we could finally work on making our own Bitcoin talk App that would have some more functions. Probably a lot of members here are using the forum on their phone.

Just check it before you post it because not all of the words that we say can be recognized by voiced recognition of any keyboard or app that we used.

I've tried that before and there were more times the words that I spoke have been converted into inaccurate words in a text.

It is a good one for me and I think it would also help out others who are the same as me.
I am good at writing but honestly I struggle on speaking in english it could be good to have it practice while posting.
I don't know if the phone or the system could type what I really want to say or understand me but at least I would get better not just on writing but also in speaking if I ever use it regularly.
