I discovered it yesterday.

It really is a fake site. But the question here are that does Coinpayments.net knows about it? We can not expect that a company will have always their investigation team correct about everything. Maybe reporting them properly will help them to delist it. I believe they have an account in the forum but not sure which handle they use. If anyone knows the user then PM them.
