Yeah its a great opportunity for everyone to buy dot because in this time its price is quite well not too worthy as you can observe.
In 2020 bnb is almost below 100$ and no one give importance as compare to now and when Bnb boom to 500$ now everyone give too much importance to Bnb.
So polkadot is same like bnb now its price is low no one give importance to dot. And if dot cross 100$ in upcoming months after that any one will be like to invest in dot .

It is one of the better projects coming up but when I was discussing it with some of my fellow traders at telegram they told me that once Ethereum2.0 arrives it would be the killing blow to DOT.

I am not sure how they are both related because from what I have read, DOT is trying to connect various chains with each other and Ethereum is a completely different project. Then why is DOT called as ETH killer and how are they rivals. Some people are elaborating like this just for the marketing reasons rather than being the actual one will be completely different.

You know, some people just read charts and invest in the coins flowing in the positive direction and one such guy I found in a group who was trying to explain to everyone that dogecoin will reach $1 but failed to explain how and when asked about DOT, he said what is that?

I mean polkadot is relatively new and market awareness is too low among investors hence this may not be a right time to invest with polkadot. We must give it time to sustain among all other cryptos and then we may finalize our financial decisions later on.

Quite a lot of people have invested in Polkadot in the past couple of months, their network has been doing good enough to allure crypto investors, and even after this latest price correction, polkadot is doing well to get back up as soon as possible, imo, for the short term, polkadot seems like an alt that's worth investors allocating some of their funds to. But then again, the thing is it's long term sustainability, many altcoins have performed this same way previously, what really matters is the long periods, how well will they do to remain in the market, if their team is actually working on that, then polkadot isn't a bad choice to make.
