The corrupt leaders and the officials benefits making the people suffer in poverty and without any basic needs fulfilled. You are right if Bitcoin or Altcoin (cryptocurrency) is the way to get additional benefits, so don't overwhelm yourself and quit your job unless you want to focus on trading in cryptocurrency (make it your main income) and not buy cryptocurrency to be used as a long-term investment, so you can focus on trading in cryptocurrency and leave your job (my advice if you already have a lot of capital and savings), but if you want to work while investing in cryptocurrency then you just need to buy cryptocurrency every month and hold until the price increases according to your target, so you don't need to monitor every day the cryptocurrency you have and you can work while investing in cryptocurrency.

This really depend on the nature of job of the person, if your job is so demanding that you can hardly spare a moment to have a glance at your mobile device then it is better to concentrate on doing the job otherwise the person can do both without any problem, i also have a job, but my job is not very demanding and i can still find some time to engage in my crypto activities,  
besides being active does not requires too much, you can always spare few minutes to be active through your device, it is that simple, except the person is a day trader which is time consuming.

I think it is good to have an income from his work now, as we know that many people lost their job. If he can still work for his job, especially if he works in government institutions, he should not be worried about the income because he can get paid every month. I am sure he can earn additional income from trading, especially if he can use some money from his payment to trade. It is very easy to connect with your crypto activities even if at work, thanks to our mobile phone all that is easy, you don't need to use the pc to view what is happening in the crypto space, it is as easy as viewing your text messages every now and then,  but in the case of this fella, he maybe too busy with work to have time to spare, if you can have a break at work I don't see why you can't access crypto, this is just my thinking.

He can do both things at the same time, he can still work in the government while being involved in cryptocurrency, even though I am not yet working cause I am only a student, I am doing both things and it is not a hindrance for each and everyone because there is no time limit in cryptocurrency, it is all your time, you may do whatever you want. There's a lot of things that you can do to balance investment and working for your country. Serving your country should be your no.1 priority and that's your value in your country. It just likes quitting a job and make the fulfillment of dreams of having our own business. We cannot equate trading with work, but if we categorize it as a hobby, things can happen. However, there are a few things that are different this year, of course this is because the pandemic that occurred is not impossible that many jobs have been cut so that unemployment has increased.

Bitcoin or crypto trading is totally online based which all know. So beside the Government job it can be done by  anyone. Actually this is an extra option for earning money. Given the inconsistencies in the market price of cryptos as well as profit, it won't be a reliable source of income. Having a job aligned with your passion is indeed a good, but having a job which will give your needs is something. Money cannot buy you everything but it will surely make more than half of it. That's how power works and power is simply money no matter how we loook at things. It is just ideal to have a job that matches your personality and preferences, but if it won't suffice you at times of difficulties, things might change, I guarantee. There are lots of people who were forced to move to professions which are not in their will. Something more profitable is more reliable. There is one article i saw few days ago that make me start to they advice those who want to quit their job because of what they saw investors receiving from their Investment. Bitcoin is different from other business you can do 419 to get profit easy. All the protocol concerning bitcoin most be observed through your investment or else you will loose all your money.
I think doing the two job is a good idea in case one fail easy for you to follow up with other business to sustain before you can recover from the loss.

Maybe you should try and resolve the sex of your subject matter to situate your post in its proper context between "she or he". However, I think to some extent I do understand the drift of your post and to this I say that working for one's country doesn't stop one from engaging in business. Crypto stuff is mostly an online kind of thing and can be conveniently carried out anywhere provided there's Internet in that area. So, there isn't or shouldn't be an excuse of it holding one down or restricting one. Anyone who has just a stream of income will always be in a rat race, a situation where income is hardly enough to sustain the person.

If you are serving your country in the army (if my understanding of your statement is correct), it might be hard since there are things that you cannot carry within places that you are serving to. Spending time trading is only profitable if you have your plans laid out and you must have a strict schedule to follow since most Cryptocurrency values might blow up any moment. Serving your country is not wrong BUT its actually more time consuming since having a job within the Crypto Industry, you can control your time with it.

If done right, the income that would come from crypto would make for a good residual income which can then be used for other endeavors or even add it to savings.
