I am looking for websites or sources, who at one place gather information about missing, injured or otherwise unavailable players for teams. Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Ice Hockey, any major team sports.

Such thing doesn't exist for all I know (and I wouldn't like if there was such a website ). You would have to go to different places to find this information and an all-in-one website would never be as reliable as dedicated sites are, and even those are not always super reliable.

US Sports is probably best organized, since they have so many stats for everything, here is for example the injury report for MLB and NFL week 7. For soccer Flashscore has built a large database over the years and you can find information about missing/injured players for the big leagues there.

Basketball (non-NBA), Volleyball, Ice Hockey (non-NHL) etc. are really small sports and you will maybe find some overviews on the leagues websites, but in 95+% of the cases not. There you would have to go the team sites, fan forums, local newspapers etc.

If your research is related to betting, then I can tell you, that the lack of such an overview of all sports in one site is a good thing, since it gives you the possibility to gain an edge, if you put in the work and search for information that is not easily accessible. If you just go to page XY and see that two superstars from an european ice hockey team are missing, then everyone has this information. If you (can only) get this information by reading a local newspaper, then you are one of few persons, who has this information and can get valuable odds.

I doubt it also. I dont think there is a certain page or website that is existing for a particular reasons like players from different events that's gone, injured, died or etc. I think if you are really looking for sports update like this, you can directly search it on google or go to the main website for a specific event like basketball or the NBA page and etc.

I think if you're looking for something that will give you an edge over the bookmakers for when you are betting on sports, the problem is that if there was such a website, and the information was published on it, then it would already be public knowledge and so the match odds would already have been adjusted accordingly. The way to gain an advantage is to get hold of knowledge that others don't have. You can do this for individual teams if you focus solely on that one team and develop a lot of personal knowledge and some good under-the-radar local information sources, word-of-mouth stuff... but I don't think you can expect to do it in general for every team.

- there is nothing like that right now
- news is the only thing that will do it
- you have to search for the teams you are rooting for and then search about them on the Google.
- you have to keep track of the news every now and then

Good thought from you, this project if embark upon will be a laudable type in the world of gambling becasue the information will be embrace by gambling enthusiasts. I Just google the information and nothing of such has been in existence and it's good for anyone to embark of this project. Personally, i would love to gather some important materials for this purpose and to come up with something concrete which will harness these information.

I understand what you are saying. A few years ago, when I was much more engaged in betting, I had a good source that added daily info about missing players from many of the world's football leagues. But that was a long time ago, and I don't know what happened with that service now. I thought a site like that could be quite useful, especially now because of COVID-19 and new players getting infected almost daily. 

Someone might even start using this as an idea to make a new website.

and I think transfermarkt.com has some page about injuries.

Try Covers.com they have tabulated list of games and records of injuries with players name, status of the injury as well have many listed type of sports form Basketball, football, soccer and etc. There is a tab specified for Injury from each game and teams.

I do this most of the time and the great site I try to find if there's someone injured is https://www.espn.com. ESPN almost covers most of the major leagues even international games and hopes this helps you. By the way, I believe they don't cover all the games you try to find but the web is wide and don't just rely on one source but I think ESPN is a reliable as I'm using this quite a long time now and so far it's accurate.

What's your definition of a pro? Does knowing about these websites make you one? Having resources is one thing but making actual bets is another. I don't call myself a pro gambler but sports news sites are good enough for me whenever I check updates on a team I plan to bet on or against.

Seems like the desktop version has a different layout compared to the screenshot you made from the mobile site. I will definitely bookmark covers.com. Their focus is mostly on US sports, not so much on the European game. But I noticed a nice source of missing College Football players that could come in handy.

I do this most of the time and the great site I try to find if there's someone injured is https://www.espn.com.

  Maybe I am not looking in the right places, but I never found ESPN to be that useful for this purpose.

I don't think such data are public available. No matter that they might be public persons but such data are still considered to be private and medical so I don't think any website should offer such data on legal manner. Maybe I'm wrong but at least such would be the practice in Europe. Anyway, good luck with your research.

To be honest, I will be surprised if such doesn't exist in this particular betting/prediction market. I wonder how the betting sites determine their "low/high odd" for teams. I thought it's based on researching such important information? If it's how they do it, they will likely have reliable sites where they source them.
I suspect some organized sports media, club sites, organizations invested in sports (like FIFA) etc, will have such information in organised form. The best ones will constantly update the information/statistics.

Wish there are services that specialize in gathering such information for the public.

It makes sense for coaches or managers of clubs. They need to hide information on their players and their squad for coming match. The opponent need to be put into unprepared and surprised situation as much as possible. The dominant team like Barca in golden seasons of Pep can be excluded but rest teams are not strong enough to win all opponents without surprise from squad and tactics.

It is the art of management and each coach or manage has different style or ability to do this. You can call it as diversionary tactics and it makes sense for important matches. Mourinho is a genius with it.

For now this kind of website doesnt exist which means when it comes to news and updates about its players about being suspended/injured  then this will be mentioning about

Well I don't think it is not that hard to find these players as long as you are on the right page of reading like any news article, but as far as I know not all injured players are being broadcasted, well maybe they do on their local news.

I've also thought about this few months ago but I think for these past years of every sports tournament or league, no one tried to create that website. This is only possible if the team or players will voluntarily report every injury or missing players then put it on one verified source. Website developers can create this website by integrating on that source to keep track of those stats.

As a sports bettor, I think it's not necessary to have such information all in one place. As far as my preferred sport is concerned, which is basketball, part of the most pre-game analysis by sports guru all over the world is mentioning the injured players or those who will miss the action. In NBA for example, the roster list is final except for players that are tagged as "game-time decision".

Checking the team status isn't that actually hard to know if the purpose is finding information on your specific bet.

accidents are more major than injuries and suspension , its not much of a headline if they will report these and these two can also happen too often ,  this will be a tedious task to do .

 reporting so can also be shameful for that affected players so maybe those players choose not to public those bad stats to protect thier good side . idk if this can be used as an advantage or not but if yes then they can post this after the match and make an archive of all the past match with these kind of datas for research purpose by others .

Possibly at the moment this isn't available except by checking the teams or clubs websites for their injured and suspend team members. This is the best way to make this happen becasue there is no specific source on the internet that give the exact information. Though, this can be a project for someone to carryout.

Basically, if I want to make a prediction then I will access one of the live score websites that exist and at least it already provides that information or about the player who is suspended / injured. Like the flashscore.com website and other live score websites, even though the match hasn't started yet, we can get information that I think is enough for basic information to make a prediction. But indeed, there is not good enough for teams and other sports that are not very popular or less desirable, as the information you are looking for may be limited to mediocre or unpopular sports and teams.

Checking for the clubs websites should be the most important sources here becasue whenever i wanted to lookup to clubs that have injuries and suspension among team mates i do lookup to their websites. Those sources for such information are not real time sources, example of which forum members has shared above.

I use www.flashscore.com to check scores, fixtures, standings, lineups and missing players. I think they give adequate information for deciding to bet on a match for me. They also have a good live score system that has various details. For example; when a team scores a goal, it is immediately added to the match information with the video of the goal. There are many nice features like this in the website.

I am just looking to get some advantage over the bookies, especially now during the COVID-19 pandemic where all major sports are affected.

I just recently found out that due to the protection of personal data, clubs are not allowed to make public the names of infected/sick players, unless those players give their consent to make their names public. I discovered that watching a press conference of our local club Dinamo Zagreb a few days ago.

Dinamo plays in the Europe League. They had a match on Thursday against Wolfsberger. 9 players from their UEFA list were missing because they had COVID. But the team was not allowed to announce the names of the players. They didn't give their consent. The only person who gave his consent was the team's manager who was also infected. His name was the only one made public during the conference.

Their opponents Wolfsberger were in a similar situation. 8 players were tested positive, but no names were given to the media.

I have found that transfermarkt has good data for the biggest leagues as well. I am hoping to get a better insight in some of the lower leagues. But I didn't know they post lineups for matches as well. 10-15 mins before the match is already too late.

I would like to have it too, but it is an incredibly difficult thing to do. It's easier for the top leagues since they have a lot of media exposure already and you can get it from multiple different sources.

But how would you do it for teams from the Austrian league for example? Red Bull Salzburg, sure, that would probably not be a big problem, but what about the rest. They aren't featured that much on prominent soccer sites, their websites aren't updated daily with extensive info about what is going on. Their social media feeds get a few posts every couple of days. You would also have to account for the language differences and have people in your team who understand German. French, Greek, Spanish, Italian, etc. for other leagues. Not to mention you would have to follow local sports newspapers, TV interviews, radio programs...
