I think regular Exercise / Yoga improves your mood & naturally lowers symptoms of stress. It will also give you a much-needed boost of confidence to help you deal with stress in the future. This indirectly results into a better sleep.
(While doing exercise you can listen to some music too)

That can help you release the stress, but it will be better if you join a class to have an instructor who will guide you for every lesson.

Sleep is the easiest method to release stress, but maybe before sleep, you can take a bath first to help you relax.

Older folks got a lot of things to do and to think of. And with watching movies as a remedy to remove stress, I don't think that most of the adults got enough time to watch some movies even late at night.

Watching movies is good relief but we must find the movie that will fit our Mood that time and i think it's hard to find when we are in stress.

I've been into that stage when I've been stress and didn't thought that much of my decisions but I've come to realize that when I'm in the right thinking and stress-free, those decisions that I've made in the past were all wrong and was due to my mental state wasn't so good at that time because of stress.

The best way to get relief from the Stress, would be to watch your favorite movie and do stop trading while you are in stress.
Watching movies is good relief but we must find the movie that will fit our Mood that time and i think it's hard to find when we are in stress.

I heard from my friend that trying to smile in a hard situation can reduce your stress, even if your face looks bad with that smile. But I think that is right because if we smile or laugh, we can trigger a hormone called endorphin which can release the stress hormone. If you feel stress, just trying to relax and sit down for a while, and try to take a deep breath while you try to smile and accept the situation. Maybe that can help.

I am not sure about that. Do you have any sources to support your claim?
My friends and I are all adults who often enjoy going to movies together with our families. Could be that things are different in your area because of cultural differences.
It's an opinion so there's no need to support that claim.

Are you doing that most of the time? because in my circle of relatives and friends, we don't usually do that as we don't have time to even watch movies at night.

When I have some spare time, it's a timing that I don't feel any stress so I watch.
