Our service provides technical support 24/7
We provide assistance in server administration and in resolving issues.
* We do not return a money back for 1-2 weeks of using the server, if it is available, it works properly, and also if you have violated any rules of the service and agreements.
Support does not solve issues with your scripts and any third-party software. The main task of our support is to ensure the server / network is working without interruption (so that it is available 24/7 via SSH / RDP). Any other settings inside the server are outside the scope of support and can be solved by our admins if they have time and special technical knowledge (on a specific issue). Please note that our service is mainly designed for people who themselves understand administration or have at their disposal admins.
Service rules (mandatory):
1. Each project must be agreed with us.
2. We do not post child porn in any form;
3. We do not post projects that will cause damage to the CIS countries (in any form);
4. We do not sponsor terrorism, weapons and drugs in any form (if you have such a project, go by);
5. We have the right to refuse to use the service without specifying reasons and WITHOUT a refund in case of a boorish attitude towards the administration of the service. In any topic, first of all, we value the human attitude and tact in communication.
6. We do not hold any hacks and DDoS attacks on any government organizations and sites.
For violation of any of these points - we have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract without returning the funds used.
7. The client himself makes backups on dedicated servers and is responsible for them. We can not guarantee a malfunction in the iron and do not want to answer for it, so make timely backups. Claims of the type - your HDD burned out, and I lost 20k, since there are no backups - they are not accepted. We will replace the HDD, but we will not reimburse any losses.
8. The amount of the claim / blackout cannot exceed the amount of the service (for example, if you bought air-force for $ 100 and for some reason - including temporary unavailability of the air-force due to our fault, lost 20k, we can either compensate you for the downtime due to our fault or return the equivalent days not used per air / server, but not more than its nominal value). If you want super stability - raise clusters with uptime 100%.
9. The contract on the server - 1 month (global practice) - we do not refund money for 10 days or a week if all conditions of the transaction on our part have been met.
10. All the servers and VPS we have are UNMANAGED (we install the OS and maintain the server / VPS, but we are not responsible for the operation of the script software, etc.). Everything else - either by your own forces, or by the forces of our admins for extra cost (negotiated with our admins separately if they have time and enough specialized knowledge to accomplish the task).
11. It is not allowed to use servers for DDoS / DOS and any other types of network attacks on the network infrastructure of hosting data centers and their networks, as well as the use of software that creates an abnormal load and clogs data center routers, which affects the normal operation of all other clients . For violation of this rule, the server can be turned off without a refund and backups!
We do not urge anyone to commit illegal (criminal) acts on the Internet. The service provider is not responsible for the transmission of data on the network and cannot be responsible for the actions of 3 persons as well as limit the rights of end users (hosting clients) to use servers / hosting in accordance with the local legislation of the host country.
The service has the right to refuse service without indicating the reasons for the return of funds and backup from the server of the final client.
IMPORTANT ! If you took a VPS or server for a test and paid for it, then the transaction is considered completed (you automatically confirm the order), a refund is not possible in this case!
ATTENTION ! When making an order with us, you automatically accept these rules and agree with them and with each clause accepting all the resulting responsibility if you violate any of the clauses and if you do not agree with something - DO NOT ORDER! Violation of these rules entails the cancellation of your service without a refund!
