There's no failure of election yet since it was not declared, it's only the official announcement that they are waiting but I believe it's a clean election, Trump's ego are just too much that he can't accept his loss easily.

I see, well I have been fed by the Philippine Elections that's why I thought the same thing would happen. Must be tough for the others to accept Trumps lost especially to those who made a bet on this election.

I'm quite sure that the conditions of the bet will stipulate very clearly when and how the winner (of the election as well as of the bet ) will be decided. Doesn't look good for this gambler though...

Will? No they can't change terms or add new ones once the bet is closed, they can just cancel the bet if things are not anymore clear enough.

If they neither pay nor refund the bet, it would be a basic theft. Sportbooks doing that could lose their license along with their reputation.

If that dude do able to make up that $5M bet then presume out that he do able to afford on what he would possibly lost and this man isn't something that hasn't some money on his
huge stash because thinking that he do able to make such huge bet then he's a rich guy.

About on betting on middleway? you cant say such thing that there would be a switch up.Lucky for those who do able to make some decisions midway
but majority had already made out their pre-bets.

Its just too unfortunate to see these kind of losing bets where it do involves huge amount of money.
