Yesterday I opened trades with a bunch of traders who had a green dot next to their names. The type of trades caused my BTC to go into escrow immediately. However the traders appeared to be offline and did not respond. I had to wait 6 hours to get my BTC back after the trades auto-canceled.

What's up with all these offline people with green dots?
